This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views.
We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem.
The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb.
There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. The buffet breakfast was great and our room with the balcony and sea view was lovely. Staff were always helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a lot of activities on site such as minigolf, pool and air hockey, some of the equipment is a bit worn down and could do with fixing/replacing but it was fun. Cafés, restaurants and an ATM are just a step outside and shopping just around the corner. There are no disturbances for those who want an early night, as the surrounding bars and cafés were usually quiet by 10 PM. There are some short and easy hikes you can take straight from the hotel.
