Cadiz is lovely, first impression I thought it was a bit tired and run down but the more I saw the more I loved it. It really has everything, beautiful beaches, a fabulous old town, and lots of sights to see. Great cafe culture. Better for the more mature traveller which suited us fine. No music blasting out or nightclubs that I was aware of. Very authentic Spain. The city is vast but has a very good transport network.

This is a wonderful place; we never ventured outside of the old town - why would you. Yes there are tourist traps a plenty for the cruise ships etc but with a little thought one can easily find very authentic traditional places to eat and drink with wonderful friendly staff. The Roman theatre is a MUST see.

The rooms are great, so comfortable and spacious. It feels like the hotel really anticipated our every need as guests. The breakfast was SO good as well. There was a parkade close by that charged 10 euros per day which is the cheapest we’ve found so far traveling through Andalucía. The staff at the hotel were all very kind and helpful.
