Amazing location, good but cold ‘shower’ and toilet were good. Good snorkeling for turtles!! The owner truly is the best and speaks English well! Raqai was super helpful, even after we left the place.

I stayed one night in Padang before getting the Fast Ferry to Mentawais. I read reviews saying that this place is super loud/busy. I stayed on a Monday or Tuesday night and it was very quiet, I was well rested and had a good night sleep.
The communal shower/toilet was not very nice but the en suite with my room was great.
