My husband and I had a wonderful stay for one night at the School House. It was in a perfect location, a ten minute walk into Portaferry and to a lovely viewpoint nearby. We were upgraded to a modern, clean and nicely decorated unit, with a very comfortable bedroom in the loft. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owner provided fresh milk and pancakes. Our stay couldn't have been nicer!!

We enjoyed lots of this trip.Great location, spacious room, amazing sea view, large comfy bed, friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, great area. Quiet at night. My 9 year old nephew had an amazing time.

Ballydugan Country House is a really beautiful period property. So much history! It was great to hear about the working farm too. Simone was an excellent host, so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the area, as there is lots to do and see.
