Although we made a mistake the hotel was kind, understanding and helpful.
Very expensive, the food and view is outstanding. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Maybe a small fridge in the rooms especially the cabins would help keep cold drinks especially on hot days. All in all if you can afford there prices it will be worth it.

wit is to far you really need to have a car.The worst place to be if you have major walking difficulties like me.It was supposed to be within easy reach of local transport which it clearly was not.

-good value ;comfortable .good choice of reasonably priced evening meals .large and well furnished room.large bathroom with plenty of hot water
tv but no remote -we didnt want to watch anyway .nice outside seating areas .friendly staff
Hotel is currently being refurbished and the restaurant was closed. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival. We had to travel to Prestwick for our evening meal .As s result we were upgraded to self contained accommodation. This accommodation in the Byre was top class although it wasn’t completely ready for guests. No cutlery/crockery and TV not tuned in.But hot tub was up and running. Also the beds were very comfortable.Disappointed with having to leave hotel and to go looking for restaurants after travelling from N Ireland
Staff , including the hotel owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Made you feel very relaxed and absolutely nothing was any problem to them. We were guests at a wedding the following day and again they were extremely busy but 100% pleasant , professional and very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated to a very high standard and there are some works being carried out in the grounds at the minute. They were also very pleasant and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. Very pleasant stay and would return again
The setting of Enterkine House is magnificent. The hotel itself has changed so much since we last visited. The work to the hotel and grounds are still very much in progress, thus giving it the feel outside the main building, as a bit of a building site. However the interior of the main building and the new pods are lovely. We enjoyed staying in one of the pods. Staff very friendly and approachable. Really nice people.
We arrived to find the maid had missed out getting our room ready for us arriving but the hotel upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drink at the bar while we wait for the problem to be resolved. Would definitely recommend enterkine house to my friends and family.
Such a beautiful hotel, we stayed in the oval room and the room is just incredible! Staff are all so helpful and friendly, the food is amazing as well! Cannot fault this place and just can’t wait till we can come back!
The hotel was wonderful. Stayed in the cabins, which were spacious, furnished to a high standard, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. Breakfast delicious, and staff were so helpful and friendly.
The hotel was
Lovely , staff were amazing , we were in a room in the farmhouses which didn’t suit and were immediately changed into the line lodge which was lovely
I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was family run. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room we stayed in was lovely, well designed and finished.
