The scenery outside the balcony is nice, truly seaview. It’s a budget small studio unit for 2, located on 2nd floor, consider cozy but cleanliness need to be improved. Owner tried to give alternative offer and prompt to settle the problem of electricity shortage/disturbance when we arrived, which causing us not able to access to unit. So I think owner is a responsible person.

Loved the hotel where we stayed, Villea Port Dixon.
Loved the hotel where we stayed, Villea Port Dixon.
Food in the hotel was great but so many places to eat outside of the hotel too, lots of seafood which we all love.
Easy to drive locally and park at a favourite restaurant.
Down small roads to the beaches you will find nice places for coffee or small restaurants.

Not too much to do. Just relax in the hotel. Beaches very bad, just offers for local (nothing for foreigners), cannot swimming there. 2 temples to visit but not make sense to go there for that. The hotel seems more than it is.

Very local area, need to be used to Malaysia before you visit here. People are friendly and prices very affordable, but you’re not in KL and surrounding, so don’t expect any fancy expat stuff or restaurants. Restaurants are all Malay or Chinese and some fast food chains.
Beaches are nice and clean, but water is sandy/muddy, don’t expect blue water.

My Port Dickson getaway was an enchanting blend of serene...
My Port Dickson getaway was an enchanting blend of serene beachfronts, delectable dining experiences, and effortless navigation through the picturesque landscapes. Among the four places I explored, Pantai Teluk Kemang emerged as a standout gem, capturing the essence of beachside bliss with its expansive shores and a myriad of water activities.
Upon my noon arrival on Day 1, I indulged my taste buds at Tino's Pizza, a gastronomic haven for pizza enthusiasts. As the evening unfolded, Restoran Yun Long Seafood beckoned with its delectable Chinese seafood cuisine, creating a delightful symphony of flavors to conclude the day.
Navigating through Port Dickson proved to be a seamless experience, thanks to a single road with two lanes flanking the enchanting beaches. The simplicity of the layout made traversing from one captivating locale to another a breeze, eliminating the need for complex turns and ensuring a stress-free journey.
The following day commenced with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, setting the stage for a day of exploration at the alluring Kemang Beach. Later, a visit to The Cove PD Waterfront added a touch of sophistication to my culinary adventure, treating me to a delightful light meal amidst the scenic surroundings.
However, a note for future trips: Opting for accommodation closer to Teluk Kemang is advisable to minimize travel time. Choosing Lexis Hibiscus, while opulent, did come with a drawback of a 15-20 minute commute by car. A strategic lodging choice can enhance the overall experience, ensuring more time is spent savoring the beauty of Port Dickson and less time on the road.

PD is packed with tourists on weekends and the road would be quite congested around Teluk Kemang and near the town. Anyway, it's considered as good for short vacation destination as it's near Kuala Lumpur and other surrounding states.
Amongst many other seafood restaurants in PD, you should try Sri Pantai Ria Restaurant (I understand there're 2 outlets i.e. Teluk Kemang & PD Waterfront). We had the Nyonya Style Steamed Seabass and some other seafood. They're marvelous.
There're many food trucks available at the waterfront too (next to TF Supermarket). Other than that, people can still opt for fast foods as there're many available in that area.

Not a place for foreigners who has expectations of white...
Not a place for foreigners who has expectations of white sandy beach and clean water. The beach is clean but the water is muddy so I wouldn't swim in it. Not a single fish in the water so it tells you that even the fish wouldn't swim there. If you want great beaches look elsewhere. Very disappointed as I used to come here when I was a child and the beaches had white sand and the water crystal clear. Overdeveloped in this area has destroyed the beaches
I came here to feel the environment of room which is on the water. Feel relax. If you want to feel the good experience for room/hotel better proceed with the true owner of the place which is grand lexis or lexis management it self. Wonderland private chalet is own by individual person and nothing much service can be done. I treat the room like mine. It was like home stay. I do not care what was inside. In the night, I just get good sleep enough and tomorrow I enjoying at Port dickson town and Telok Kemang area. Overall is okay. Thank you
Location - near to Teluk Kemang's beach which is about 3 minutes walk.
The hotel - the room as per described and shared in the website. It is clean and hopefully they maintain the cleanliness. I booked the family room and it is comfortable for a family of 4.
The room - ground floor : easy access for elderly.
The staff & management - very helpful though there were few mishaps but they ensure that it didnt last too long.
I was given totally a different apartment unit at much better location,as the original one got water supply problem. Anyhow thanks to host as this unit was much higher rate & location really beside the famous PD's Grand Lexis. We shared the same beach. The host very kind to pass us extra key for extra room as the existing one not that big. The view was superb especially at night.
- Beautiful view, beach, pool and resort.
- Peaceful area
- Interior design of The Arena - simple and hotel like.
- Host was responsive and helpful most of the time (sometimes receive response quite late :))
- Very near (within 2-5 minutes drive) to other facilities like convenient shops, petrol station and lots of good food
Lovely overwater villa with private pool and steam room. Our villa overlooked the water and beach for privacy. Some villas have pools that face each other which is not so private. Rooms are large. There is an onsite bar and decent Japanese restaurant on site which are expensive but the food was great.
I was most excited about the resort's location because the beach was right in front of it, the hotel apartment was very clean, the staff was very friendly.convenient car parking is provided on week days... Weekend? . Above all, the owner was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend .
The unit exceeds my expectation. It smells good, nice king size bed and comfortable pillows. The balcony facing directly to Lexis Hibiscus and the beach.
Kind hearted owner as well. She allows for late check out without additional charges.
Love the location, the distance between hotel and beach and to the nearest amenities. You can walk along the PD waterfront with a nice view. The room was clean. Very easy to do self check in and the host is very attentive.
I like the overall structure, location and facility coz I am regular to this hotel before MCO
Like it cosy and private for family as when we parked, we can easily enjoy the room, the facility, the meal and the beach...
Convenience to the lobby, swimming pool and beach. Lexis hotel staff and security are very good and very friendly. The owner property also provide friendly service to me 👍 Only hope he take note to my complain
Overall my stay was excellent . Even the room little bit run down and old ,cleanliness and facilities up to the standard
Breakfast was good
My second time here for sure will choose this hotel
the location is very nice. i really like the direct access to the beach and the beach is really2 clean. the room is spacious! breakfast was good too for malaysia (malay especially) taste.
