It is terrible experience to stay in this hotel. The temperature of room aircon can not be changed. Feel like my whole body is in the BBQ oven. The weather outside is extremely cold. I also in particular want to commend one staff by the name of Xiao Xu - she really understands hospitality! She helped me patiently as my booking did not show up on the hotel system - offering me coffee and cookies as it got sorted out. Later I forgot my electric toothbrush and she had it mailed to me. Very pleased with the stay and service. Highly recommended!
