We have visited Tullio twice before and it was top of our list to revisit. Giovanni and Isabella are wonderful owners and hosts always making us very welcome. Everything is done to perfection. The Hotel is in a very tranquil area directly looking onto Lake Como but has good accessibility. The rooms are all an excellent size, beautifully clean with very large, comfortable beds. We had a balcony overlooking the lake which is always a bonus. Breakfast is the best we have ever had with even a glass of fizz to wash it down! We did have a light meal one evening which was really good. We cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough and want to thank Giovanni and Isabella for another wonderful stay. We will be back!

The stay at this hotel was 1st class. The room was 5 star with every facility you could want. The staff were outstanding.
This Hotel should be a at least a 4 star. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff there was incredibly nice, lot of sympathy and professionalism too.
The location if it is great if you want to spend the night away of the town.
Breakfast was a-ma-zing … super cool and complete.
The room big enough and quite comfortable at all (great shower too).
Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation, they make you feel like if you’re at home 🥰

Great location,
Loved balcony over lake como. Gravedona was a relaxed town, not too busy with nice restaurants and gelato shops. Easy for making trips to other spots on the lake and hills. Francesca was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to visit, appreciated.

The property had an outstanding view from the balcony. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities you would need for a relaxing holiday. Nice small village on the north west side of Como lake, with a small boulevard, a few nice restaurants, ice cream place and boat connections to other villages around the lake. A large supermarket is nearby for all the major shopping. Many cities and villages worth visiting by car within 1.5 hrs driving (eg Milano, Lugano, Bergamo). Not so touristic as the southern part of the lake, beautiful views, surrounded by mountains.

Gravedona is a beautiful and relatively quite place. There are a charming shore walk and a mountain walk with breathtaking views. There is a small family beach for swimming and Iperal supermarket for buying food. It is connected with other places by good roads (new amazingly long tunnels are build to shorten the travel on both sides of the lake) and boats that traverse the lake showing pictures towns running down the mountains to the lake shore. There is a boat rent in Dongo next to Gravedona, where the boat can be rented for a short (one-two hours) or long term. Staying in the mountain villiages above Gravedona gives a more authentic experience of Lake Como. There is great hiking offering vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains, there is refreshing swimming in idyllic river pools beneath a Roman bridge and there are fanatstic village resaurants to discover that offer a great menu at reasonable prices. You are also only 30 minutes away from the ferry in Menaggio that can take you to Verenna and Bellagio for the full Lake Como experience.KieranSpain - 8.0Scored 8.0

The walk to the restaurants area was quite easy, the return trip not so easy, But I am in my 70s Ate at Resorante Garbatona. Excelent. Recomend a boat trip on the Lake. I went to Bellagio, lovely area for eating and drinks, Plenty of shops too

Gravedona is a very small town with a few restaurants. I have not been to Lake Como before and the town is lovely but a little cut off from the rest of the Lake. It does have a ferry but there is only a choice of one in the morning and two return ferries.

The owners and staff were so friendly and really helpful with giving us hints and tips of what to do and where to go. The breakfast was excellent. Good selection of drinks. Rooms clean and very large. Our room had dove hand and shower soaps which is a nice touch. Couldn't rate the place high enough and we will certainly be back
