Hotel Croatia lies in an exceptionally beautiful and secluded location on a peninsula overlooking the Adriatic on one side and the picturesque old town of Cavtat on the other.

Location perf
Breakfast dreadful. Have been here the last few years, and breakfast has not improved. Cold tea and barely two cups of tea. Bacon not properly cooked, barely taken out of packet. A lot of room for improvement.
Offering air-conditioned rooms with furnished balconies on a seafront location, Hotel Cavtat has a swimming pool on its rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and town.

The location was incredible, so near the sea / the local area of bar and restaurants. Also within a 10 minute drive to the airport, makes for a beautiful short stay hotel!

Rooms and hotel super clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive and helpful. Small hotel and made to feel very welcome. Right near restaurant and easy access for boats and busses to Debrovnik. Whilst Cavtat is small and not loads going on, this was just my opinion as I like to keep active. Great walks on the door steps with scenery out of this world.

Great little apartment, really enjoyed the spacious terrace where we had breakfast in the sunshine! Nice pool which mostly we had to ourselves. Walking distance to all the amenities of Cavtat and a little supermarket just across the road.

Small, pretty harbour area with lots of (expensive) restaurants and cafes. There are lots of concreted areas for sunbathing but the only real beach area is round towards Epidaurus.
There is a bus into Dubrovnik (30/40 mins) or a boat that will drop you in the Old Town. Bus is significantly cheaper than the boat. Taxies have the monopoly on the 3 km trip from the airport to Cavtat so be prepared to feel ripped off. €25 one way.

Lovely town with fantastic bars and restaurants and ideally located for walks and tours. Quite steep access to some areas. Loved Amor for drinks and Ivan for food. Other places good too. Very accessible at port level.

The central area of the town had little attraction, The pubic conveniences
have a payment system involving a walk to a pay station and then use
of a scanner to verify payment. Sadly I could find no evidence of any scanner near the entry door. Thus someone wanting to use the facility
could have paid one euro with no result other than enhanced anguish
still unrelieved.
That said, areas away from the centre seemed much more tranquil -
with a gentle lapping of the shoreline by Adriatic waters.

cavtat was a small and friendly resort which as I was travelling alone
felt very safe to me. Many eating places along the front provided
plenty of choice for eating. The bus to Dubrovnic every hour was a bonus
and the water taxi option was also very nice. Duprovnic was lovely for a visit with many shops to browse. There were nice walks in Cavtat also and
the chance to swim in the sea if you wanted to. I have been to Cavtat
twice this year as I liked it that much.
The pool was perfect for our daughters after a day of visits. The view of Cavtat bay from the pool and from our apartment was amazing; we were lucky to see the sunset every evening. The owners are very kind and helpful.
Very spacious apartment with everything you need (kitchen towels, soap dish, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, ...)
Location is perfect: 5 minutes to the first beach where you have bars/restaurants, day trip departure and water taxi to Dubrovnik.
Beautiful modern appt, with air con and wifi, on N end of Cavtat, right next to several wonderful little coves for swimming (which were not busy like the main beach). Was a 1.5 km walk to the town for groceries and restaurants on way down. Easy access to ferry to Dubrovnik etc. We arranged taxis from front of hotel nearby because some taxis couldnt find address. Lovely big balcony with tables and chairs. Lovely pool. Maintenance staff very nice.
I don't normally post reviews on places I have stayed in the past but for this place I am going to make an exception. Fantastic from start to finish. The apartments and pool area are like a 5 star hotel. It's not often that places are even better than the photos suggest. The owners go out of the way to make you feel at home and everything is spotlessly clean. A big thanks to Natasa for being so lovely. See you next year!
On one side of the hotel is a rocky coastline and beach. From which the sea panorama of the Adriatic Sea opens at 190 degrees. On the other side of the hotel you have a view of the picturesque bay and the charming small city Cavtat
Large green area. All this makes the location of the hotel unique
Very friendly and hospitable staff
Good service and cleanliness
For the first time I wanted to come back again
The hosts were amazing, very friendly, kind and hospitable, and helpful if you need anything. Lovely house, very clean and nice facilities with a big kitchen and dining room including outside terrace. Cozy and spacy room with a comfortable bed. Good bathroom facilities. Amazing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, Cavtat and Dubrovnik in the distance. Would definitely come back!
The hotel is next to the sea and the views are spectacular. You can swim at the small beach in front of the hotel, and easily walk to everything in beautiful and charming Cavtat. We took an inexpensive boat ($20 round trip) to Dubrovnik for an afternoon visit, but we all decided Cavtat was a much nicer place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful.
We needed a place to crash near the airport for a very early morning flight and booked a Bacan apartment on short notice. We arrived late at night and our host still met/greeted us with keys and pertinent info. It was just what we needed - a nice clean place to stay. We were surprised by the best beds we'd slept in during our Croatia trip!
We stayed here for four nights at the end of a three month holiday in Europe . Wow , what a great way to end our holiday . Cavtat is a gorgeous quiet town and Hotel Supetar is in the best location to enjoy everything on offer . The pool was amazing , breakfasts best we had , the staff were so competent and friendly . We loved our stay here .
Everything was great. Location is perfect just few metres near beach. The beach was perfect for small kids and adulta of course. The walking patles in Cavtat are the most beautifull and worth it. The price of the apartment is so worth of the money. It is was very comfortable and we were 5 adults with 1 , 2 year old child.
Staff was nice, good communication through booking app. The location was good as far as proximity to the central area of Cavtat where all the restaurants, grocery store and shops are. A bit longer walk to beach Zal but it’s a small town and the walk is pleasant.
It was a beautiful port town. With excellent walking trails, and great restaurants. It was a short and inexpensive boat ride directly to old town Dubrovnik. Great family town with good beaches our most favorite part of Croatia
Great location right by cavtat promenade, which has many restaurants. The hotel is relatively small, and the service is personal, making it very comfortable to stay in. The room was spacious and clean.
Great apartment if you do not mind a safe but steep 10/15min walk down the hill to reach beaches/restaurants. Cavtat is a nice location for a mix of relax and daily trips to explore south Croatia.
We loved Cavtat very much. The Town was small and peaceful. Walking on the beach was very nice. Our flat Villa Anka was very nice and homely. The lady of Villa Anka was very kind and helpful.
Zeljka is an excellent host of this beautiful cozy apartment in a great location with a nice view, only a few minutes walk to the downtown of Cavtat, Croatia. Thank you, Zeljka!
