The hotel was in a great location, next to the train to go to downtown nice. The hotel was affordable, clean, beautiful decor, and had a beautiful pool area. Daily room service was excellent including good smelling shampoo. The best part is I didn’t realize it was in Antibes, which was very enjoyable walking to the beach, seeing the town, and walking to old town Antibes.

It's a what people look for when they decide to go to Nice although much better than the metropole. A city without giant buildings, great beachside walks and small streets at night. But mostly, the location (in the middle of the Cote D'Azur) makes it perfect for people who rent a car and aim to go on roadtrips or visit places like Monaco, Marseille, etc.

French coastal village.
French coastal village. Endless bars and restaurants to choose from New beach is our favourite. Sun loungers need to be pre booked and are not cheap. BUT the staff work so hard there running up and down servicing the sun bathers. Long seafront walk large amount of shops to browse. Cocktail bars Casino.

The place was nice, our hotel was superb, however the restaurants in the city need improvement (takes more than 40 minutes to get your order even if it is from daily menu) only in the tai restaurant we got better service. Additionally the beach facilities should be reserved online otherwise you will pay a lot of money.... We didn't know that so it was an unpleasant surprise.

We love Juan-les-Pins!
We love Juan-les-Pins! The beach is beautiful, the people seem friendly and there are many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within easy walking distance, The town seems very pedestrian friendly and safe. Juan-les-Pins is in an ideal location to visit many other areas of the south of France. One can easily take the train, ferry, or even hire a private driver to visit other towns and villages. We plan to return next year we like Juan-les-Pins so much.
The location was great! 5 minute walk to the beach, everything we needed was available. The staff was the best part. Friendly, welcoming and catering. The owner of the hotel was kind and hospitable and we were always greeted with a smile. She upgraded our room to room 65 and the view was breathtaking!!! Soso was my favorite his smile can light up a room. He even took us around and joined us for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will probably always stay here when we come back.
We stayed in a great room. The room was large with a king size bed and a double bed. Each room has a theme. Our room had a carousel horse in it. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Juan Les Pins close to the beach and restaurants. It's very loud outside of the hotel at night but you can't hear the noise in your room. The windows are very thick. The staff who work at the hotel are very nice and helpful when you need anything.
We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Everything was definitely perfect. The owners are amazing and made us feel at home. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walking from the beach and 10 minutes from the main city center restaurants. I strongly suggest as well to take the breakfast in the structure. The meal is prepared with much love and care and is served in a beautiful garden.
Sylvie was very kind and helpful. It was no problem to check in earlier so we could go to the beach. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and big. You have a lot of space. You can tell that Sylvie loves her hotel because everything looks lovely. The location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel; the beach, bars and restaurants. We would definitley come again.
Hotel La Residence is a boutique character hotel with old world charm. The staff at the front desk are superb, very helpful and professional. Location is a short distance from the beach but close to pubs, restaurants, the train station and all services. Overall a great little hotel in the heart of the Cote d'Azur.
Very clean, bright and well equipped. Very good energy. The owners are lovely and helpful. Very well managed hotel. Short walk to train station and edge of town. 0.4 to 0.5 mile walk to beach. Very good value. on site parking. We had studio with very well equipped kitchenette and balcony.
The hotel is very charming, it´s only about 200m from the beach and is surrounded by restaurant, bars and boutique shops. The host is very friendly and welcoming. She lives is the same building. There is even a little terrace for breakfast and evening wine :)
We loved this hotel—glorious location, great vibe, incredibly helpful staff. The terrace is the best one we have ever been on in our many travels. The staff went above and beyond. We met people who came back every year—we plan to do the same!
We loved this hotel!
Brilliant location close to Juan les Pins and Antibes. Easily walkable or quick taxi.
Fab rooms and pool with great bar service and very helpful staff.
Lovely decor and outdoor spaces... great vibe. Would 100% return.
Peaceful. Elegant. Artistic. It’s easy to feel you are escaping reality for a while by simply being in this hotel. The staff took good care of us whenever we needed anything. The location is great. The shore is perfect. The food is good.
Swimming pool was a bonus! Lovely view from our bedroom window, overlooking the pool. The hotel has a couple of rooms with large TV screens so we were able to watch World Cup Rugby games; the reason why we were in France.
Close to the beach. Providing partial sea view from the balcony. A lot efficient storage space in the room. Quiet AC. Close to grocery stores. 5 mins walk to bus station.
It's close to the marina and since we went diving, it was convenient. The staff was very friendly. One can find street parking for free outside of the hotel.
Simple but nice hotel in a quieter corner of Juan les Pins. As the city itself is rather unattractive, the nice garden with pool was a highlight to relax.
