The room had a stunning view of the lake and was spacious and well-furnished. It also had a balcony overlooking the lake and beautiful manicured grounds. The bathroom was luxurious, with fluffy towels, a Frette robe, and lovely soap and lotion. The balcony had a small table and chairs for guests to enjoy the view. The breakfast was a traditional Italian meal, served formally, and any special requests were accommodated. The restaurant for dinner was exceptional and intimate, with a gourmet dining experience, a lovely wine list a knowledgeable Sommelier, and expertly served. This family-run hotel is well-managed, with friendly and accommodating staff, and the Family is charming. The location is outstanding. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.

Meina is a nice place to stay - it is relatively less tourists oriented than most other well known towns nearby. Many other towns (eg, Milan) can be easily accessed via train or car. The Hotel is in a splendid situation on the lake with lovely views from the terraces and the breakfast room. Rooms with a lake view are splendid and much to be preferred to the alternative mountain view. Limited parking is available in front of the hotel with more under cover in the garage which is under the hotel with a narrow entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ate out at the Antico Verbano (200 metres) Pizzeria Palme (600 meters) and the Ristorante Bella Vista (800 metres); all good. Very easy to reach Stresa and Baveno for excellent trips on the lake.

Stunning view of the lake and surrounding from the room balcony (most of the rooms are facing the lake). Good free parking spot, good restaurant in walking distance. or 10 mints drive to the near "city" Arona. were you have lots of food options. The room was very clean, the bed was perfect. The breakfast was fresh and good and the restaurant is facing the lake.

The view on the lago is fantastic. We liked sitting on the balcony until it got cold in the evening. The village of Meina is lovely and small, and it’s such a unique place to visit. There are many fun things to do nearby, and we had such a good time exploring the sights on Lago Maggiore. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!
