Location of this property is awesome. Amazing view of the lake which is bang opposite the apartment. We stayed at Lavasa Vintage with Jacuzzi..the furniture is very tastefully selected..property was clean. The only problem was the AC remote not working in one of the bedrooms. However, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very calm and peaceful. Would recommend this for a family holiday.

Great location, friendly staff, and amazing facilities. One of the top places to experience Lavasa with friends and have a good time.
The homestay is equipped with fully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. It is also centrally located -- right next to the lake and walking distance from shops. If you're looking for a place to have a nice group outing, you can't go wrong with this one.

Mr.Suresh is a big cheat,liar, fraud thief. I paid the whole sum in cash on the day of my arrival. The day I checked out, I got a message from Booking.com that my booking at Lavasa lake view studio has been canceled. Mr.Suresh knows very well that it's a non refundable deal.His aim was to loot my money again via Booking.com. Fortunately Booking.com sent me a notice. Ambitious planned city - wish it's saved and rescued (since it seems to be neglected and under-utilized at the moment). One of the nicest places to eat was at Vyanjan restaurant, with the view of the whole valley and lake as the vista to enjoy as you sit in the glass-walled restaurant. The natural beauty of the place is amazing. If you are into nature walks, cycling trips - you will love this place. But the overall city (the so called Italian replica) needs a lot of maintenance. Many of the eateries were closed down... as read in one of the reviews, its a "ghost" town.RunaIndia

The location is good, close to shops (although most of them were closed). The staff is very helpful.
