If you are doing this late at night after a long journey and have to try the number a few times before you get through, it is worrying and it is not what you expect when you are paying over £129.84 (149.21 Euros) for your 1 night stay. As someone else said this is not a hotel it is a room rental service. NO BREAKFAST included.

We called and they had no record of our reservation. the person on the phone said we are not on the list and thats it without too much drive to solve the situation. instead we had to find our what the problem could be. it took us 45min to find out that the number was wrong (another branch of the hotel) and then somebody called us to give us the code for the door. very annoying to wait 45min at midnight.AndreasAustria

Garbage is piling up on the floor. Not suitable for tourist any more, only for workers. Party on the floor at the weekends all night long. Nobody at the reception, just at the phone. No breakfast, nothing This was a good hotel, now it is a barack.
