The resort was nice, pool was refreshing. No premium drinks, a bottle of Crown was $90, and only 1 brand of beer. The food at the buffet wasn't the greatest. Fish was dry, salad dressings were odd or just oil and vinegar. One day I had a poached egg and the yolk was hard and the whites were runny. French toast was hard and tough on the outside and soggy on the middle. You could only eat in the specialty restaurants once for every 3 days of stay.Carol - 8.0Scored 8.0

It’s a beautiful place if you’re looking to relax and enjoy sceneries. It’s very Humid there but, worth it. It’s not much of a party place if you’re looking for a younger crowd to hang out and have fun. Also, some of the excursions involve a lot of hiking. So, bring comfortable gym shoes or water shoes.

We had two adults and three children and thus needed 2 rooms. We booked for 1 night and they let us stay thru lunch the following day. It was confortable. The pools were large and the children loved it.

No more snorkel guided tours due to Covid Overpriced food for the quality that is offered Difficult to reach from San Jose because the roads are in poor state: foresee more than 4 hours drive without traffic Most hotels are overpriced for the quality they offer

We were not disappointed! The food was lovely with something for everyone and we visited all the different restaurants during our stay. The swimming pool area was relaxing even over the busy weekend when there were more guests on site. The gym was well equipped and the spa experience very enjoyable. It has to be said that the polite, cheerful and friendly staff really made our stay very pleasant.
