Everything was amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble, James was excellent, as was Grace & all the other staff. Shout out to the cleaners too. Food was excellent. We were accommodated for a wonderful Sunday lunch at short notice. A shame it’s a 4 hour drive away, or we would be regular visitors.

Everything at Hollie's Farm B&B was brilliant. 😀 A fantastic, and much-needed, break away for me & my partner for his birthday with our little dog.
Loved the idyllic farm location and the separate suite - exactly what we'd wanted for our rather 'noise sensitive' pooch! It was perfect. A really dog friendly place to stay.
Great hospitality from superb hosts, Nicola & Paul who made us, clearly all guests feel very welcome. Genuinely nothing is too much trouble.
Everything I'd read from previous reviews was absolutely spot on- e.g aside from things I've already mentioned immaculately clean room and hearty breakfast.
If we're in the area again, we'll absolutely be back! Thanks SO much! Sam, Paul & Vinnie. 😀

I was very disappointed with Wrexham.
I was very disappointed with Wrexham. Many empty shops and most car parks payable by app only. I visited St Mary's Cathedral and had a warm welcome from staff there. This was the high point of a disappointing visit. Unlikely to visit again

We were visiting family who live close to Wrexham, we did not visit around the town as we have done that on previous visits. We have tried a number of reasonably priced accommodations in the Wrexham are, but on both occasions have had disturbed stays due to noisy local residents. If you are visiting Wrexham and not partaking in the extremely loud night life or venues then you will need to avoid the town area and move out beyond the town boundary in order to find a quieter accommodation.

Town Centre was fun to explore, especially on market days.
Town Centre was fun to explore, especially on market days. The city has a variety of grocery & other retail stores, as well as many restaurants & entertainment options. It offers access via roadways to other parts of North Wales and Cheshire & Shropshire in England.

Good pedestrianised town centre area, fantastic indoor bus station with a brilliant regular bus service, and the railway station nearby too makes it very easy to get around, with buses every 30 minutes to Llangollen and even more frequently to Chester. Buses are reasonably priced. Little to do in Wrecsam itself. Erddig Park National Trust is on the edge of the town.

Location in busy street, main car park reached through a tight gap only just big enough to get through, great for overnight accommodation food great staff great , room slightly on small side but very clean and comfortable
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay and would definitely be returning. The caravan we rented stunning, well decorated and clean, everything we wanted for weekend getaway. We absolutely loved the cute little bbq area, and certainly made use of that. Location stunning waking up next to that pond, listening to the water fountain and watching the ducks. Loved it. I would highly recommend here as a place to stay excellent value for money, just wished we booked for longer.
The continental style breakfast was of high quality;I don't recall having had better. The shared bathroom is spacious, well appointed and luxurious. The accommodation is in a quiet, rural, area surrounded by fields and access to it via the road network is good. The property has a,well appointed,Country Manor feel to it. The host,Ella, was welcoming and attentive;we felt very well looked after. I will not hesitate to stay here again.
Lovely clean room and functional for the one night, great little tea tray and a nice clean bathroom, quite basic but perfectly acceptable and in a great location to the town centre. The hotel itself however, is stunning, and although we didn't eat here on this occasion, the food at the lemon tree is wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We were greeted by John and checked in a little earlier as we arrived early, we were given a quick tour and then left to make ourselves at home. The Gin Palace is lovely inside, it has lots of quirky decorations on the walls and the log burning fire made the place feel homely at night, the bed was comfy and the surrounding areas were lovely to explore, we will definitely return again!
Very peaceful and tranquil, just what I needed after a hectic summer work schedule.
Stunning views from the hut and a lovely sunset.
Ideally located for exploring North Wales and the surrounding areas.
The amenities are relatively basic but more than adequate for the stay and that adds to the charm of the place.
Would recommend the Shepherds Hut for anyone wanting a relaxing break.
The area was quite calm, no cars.and a real dip into the countryside.
The Cottage was functional, great value for money and has most facilities you could need.
The heating works well, and the shower was fantastic.
The hosts go out of their way, to ensure you stay is perfect. They proved themselves very helpful and approachable.
absolutely amazing stay. can not fault it in anyway. lovely clean hut with everything you need. swimming pool is immaculate. John the owner is so lovely and always on hand if you need anything. we booked to stay again before we had left. definitely recommend to anyone for a chilled break with beautiful views.
very comfortable with high standards of quality. quiet and private situated in a very pleasant rural setting on a very tidy small working farm the accommodation is beautiful, easy access to Wrexham, Chester and the surrounding areas.
good for access to north Wales. top class.
The location to both Town and Wrexham General Rail station, as well as the Racecourse was superb. The Staff was nothing short of top notch as they were kind, courteous, helpful and genuine. The value for what I paid was even better.
The food was of a decent standard. The dining room was very light and airey with plenty of light. The proximity to where i was working and also to Wrexham was very useful.
