Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The location is excellent, just across the street from arguably the best beach in Mauritius.
While the food choice was not over the top, the quality of food was excellent, including tuna, prawns, octopus, squids, and crab soup for dinner.

The apartment was spacious, with a large balcony to relax on and a clean, sparkling shared swimming pool. Each room had its own ensuite. The sea view and sunsets were stunning from the balcony. There weren't many people staying at the apartments and there was plenty of parking available. The host was friendly and attentive.

The staff was excellent..the bathroom showers was the best I have seen thus far.I enjoyed the patio coffee breaks . The room was spacious and we could move around easily. The lift worked well and everything was really clean. It was easy to get around as the bus was available every 5 mins . Lots of restaurant and street food available also a supermarket 5mins away. My favourite place was Chez Pepe the food was reasonable priced and very good value. Beach was just across the road .

A really lovely area, very safe with lots of tourists around. It's expensive and the cars are loud, most play loud music as they drive around. The beach is wonderful and what you expect from a white sand beach in Mauritius. The sea is very clean, safe and warm. Plenty of places to eat and drink without feeling too busy.Vimla - 8.0Scored 8.0

Flic and Flac has a great beach and lots of good restaurants. It is very lively, particularly on a Saturday and Sunday. The restaurants that we enjoyed were Chutneys, Sunset Garden, Mosaic and a Thai restaurant that was a little further out in Tamarin called Ousaporn. Lovely garden settings in both Sunset Gardens and Ousaporn. I recommend hiring a car. The Black River Gorge is stunning. A delightful place to stay, plenty of restaurant to choose from. Lots of shops and everything available. Easy transport available. Other parts of the country can be visited without any problems. Near by Casela,, domain Anna and all the beaches were accessible. Lovely restaurant like Bougainville, Zoub Express, Ah youn, Chez PEPE and others are very pleasant. Being on the west coast of the island means that it isn't as...
Being on the west coast of the island means that it isn't as windy as the east coast or as wet i.e. rainy. The beach is sheltered by a coral reef; as are many of the beaches on Mauritius but there are also resident pods of bottlenose and spinner dolphins off of the west coast of the island. The boat trips to swim with dolphins and also visit the island on the SW coast of Mauritius go from Flic-en-Flac beach so cost a lot less than from other parts of the island - worth visiting more than one tour operator to get the best price. Flic-en-Flac is not too far from the airport and being about half way up it is easy to get to most parts of the island in a day to see things. Apartment was ultra clean and is definitely something to go back to when in Flic en Flac with parking up front and stores 3 blocks away. Ground floor pool was 20 steps away from the door and made for quick evening cool downs. A/C units worked perfectly to keep the Mauritius heat away. Apartment had even spices for cooking if needed. Everything worked as it should; will be back for sure to this one next time!StephanUnited States

The beach was just a minute walk away and plenty of restaurants also within walking distance. Bina made our experience wonderful and accommodated us when we told her we’d be arriving earlier than we thought. there’s secure parking available for those with a car. The apartment is walking distance to all this, clean, modern, and newly furnished. Our kids loved the pool! We loved being able to either walk where we wanted to be, or to take the public transport across the main road. Rose and Kurt are really amazing hosts (the best I have encountered in travels by a long shot!). Overall great experience for our family and a lovely and memorable holiday.

The apartment is very spacious with a balcony, suitable for 4-5 guests and fully equipped. The location of the apartment is very good, since apartment is only 9 mins walk from Flic en Flac beach and 10 mins walk from the largest grocery store in the area. The main beach road is surrounded by stores, restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed my staying and i will definitely be back soon.

The villa is well equipped and in a quiet location with easy acces to beach, perfect for a family of 4-5. Just keep in mind it is located a bit outside of Flic en Flac center of activities (except for the beach, you need a car or taxi to go anywhere).
