Once you pulled the sheets back they where soiled & I found a bed bug on the bed. The upper floors are being remodeled I guess they pick & choose who goes up there .. 3rd floor was HIDEOUS! Don’t stay here please!!! & a 150 security deposit!

Good location. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. The surroundings were fine and it feels very safe. People are friendly and front desk was always pleasant to help, stayed for 4 nights and had no problems at all. Also I always check the cleanliness of the bed and it was very clean.

When I have asked for changing towerlls at night not knowing the room cleaning service is every other day, the male staff (forgot his name) brought towell and amenity set for us. It was very kind.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed... Booked this based on location and price was good but i could not fault it in anyway. Breakfast delicious and fresh every morning, pool clean, staff amazing, room spotless, such a quiet peaceful area, ample parking, the list goes on and on but super happy with my stay... 6 great days there and I will certainly be back!! ☘️🙌🥰 Oh and a really nice relaxing lobby area, great gym and a food/accessories shop for the essentials in the hotel... 5*

Restaurant food and staff were great. Parking was also a good feature. Everything else was a bit subpar (ants in my room, musty smell) to other Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed in. It would not be my choice to stay here again.

The area is nice but the Hotel needs some serious upgrading and deep cleaning. The elevator stopped between floors on me Twice. The handle on the door to my first room was broken. The bathroom shower curtain was old, dirty, and rigged up to fit the rod. The ice machine was nasty. The carpeting was utterly ridiculous; just filthy. The only issue I had was a lady at the front desk wasn't a good listener she was too busy making her point she wasn't listening when i told her they double charged me. I didn't get angry I thanked her and waited for her to leave asked someone else and they saw the error and corrected the situation. Other than that i enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Matteson the city was amazing. The staff at the comfort inn was horrible and the room was not satisfactory. We had several issues that the staff refused to address and correct for us, the paying customer.
