Wonderfully friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and all food at the hotel, including the restaurant, was of a high standard and well prepared.

A beautiful location, as long as you get the weather which you usually do. I've been quite a few times now and we have usually been lucky with the weather. If you're not doing the Mallorca 312 then I would suggest going on a different week than the two that the event is in the middle of.
There are plenty of good bars and excellent restaurants, supermarkets are good if you are self catering.

It’s a low-key resort with beautiful and dramatic backdrop of mountains. The resort itself is mainly very flat, making it accessible to all ages. Two main beach areas: the narrow but very beautiful beaches on the Pine Walk, and the wide sandy Tamarells beach in the newer part of the resort. These are very clean and safe for kids.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but not a place for night life - it’s most suited to couples and families with children. The resort has also become very popular with groups of cyclists in recent years.

A really safe resort - well suited to parents with young children and retired people. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants.
We have stayed in Porto de Pollensa before and just keep going back as we find it really relaxing. We ate at the Coral restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I have already posted a review and pictures of Puorto...
I have already posted a review and pictures of Puorto Pollensa and nearby in the Aparthotel Flora review, suffice it to say that this was my 7th visit to this delightful town, located between the mountains and the sea in a lovely sheltered bay, easily accessible by a direct bus from the transport hub near the Placa Espagna in Palma (85 minutes) and 10 minutes by bus from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, both well worth a day trip. The buses are cheap, modern, comfortable and frequent and you can tap in and out with an ordinary bank card. I reckon I saved enough money in a week using buses rather than taxis to pay for all my meals out.
Puerto Pollensa is a busy but quiet, unpretentious, near perfect Spanish seaside resort with great views of mountains, sea, sky and countryside. It is ideal for families, people with disabilities (it's easy to get around) and independent travellers with stressed up lives who just want to get out of it for a mental defrag (ideally out of season when prices are lower and the streets and beach less crowded.)
A pleasant and popular activity is just to walk up and down the main sea front including the Pine Walk, especially at evening time, stopping here and there at the many bars for a beer, coffee or ice cream. Or in my case a Ron Amazona and Coke. If that sounds too boring, maybe this isn't your ideal resort and you can try Magalluf or Aya Napa instead. But for a tired old guy with aches and pains who worries too much it's really what the doctor ordered.
PS for those who are interested, there is a local community of expat Anglican Christians who meet on Sundays in a converted shop which is now St Andrews Church next to the Burger King. Welcoming and broadly Evangelical.
I expect I will return, God willing.

The city has a magical atmosphere, it is full of beautiful villas and stone streets. There are no big noisy hotels here, the atmosphere is calmer even in the evening. Many possibilities for sports such as cycling, water sports or walking along the beach with cafes and restaurants, every Wednesday there is a market and there are always souvenir stands in the square. Pleasant and smiling people.

Great location, lovely balcony area / lounge overlooking the beach. Nice modern styling to the hotel and decor very convenient for all beach-front facilities. Discount offered for resident dining and the Capri has it's own pier where you can dine or have evening drinks. Car parking is a couple of blocks away and free, so made it easy to drop-off luggage. Fridge / drinks provided in room plus a kettle for tea & coffee. Good bathroom and powerful shower.
The staff were super friendly, we were upgraded to a balcony, I just thought that the hotel was amazing as it was the first time staying at this hotel in Port de Pollensa. The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent and the waiting staff was attentive. The hotel was clean and in a very quiet location.Loved it will be back with my daughter next year or soon.
This hotel has impeccable standards but with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. There is a lovely outside dining area with another decked dining area on the beach under the shade of the conifer trees. The food was very good and cheaper than some of the nearby restaurants.
I have already booked to come back here next year.
I found the hotel exactly as I would expect a 4 star hotel to be. I have no problems with returning. I was very imperessed with the behaviour of the children and teeenagers . In the past I have been very dissapointed with the example that the British younger generation have displayed at Hotels I have visited. Perhaps there is hope for our nationality.
We were originally booked into room 103 but noisy due to bar across the road, staff quickly changed our room and gave us a couple of options, excellent service. Breakfast exceptional no complaints and the Hotel what a great location. We come to Port de Pollensa every year and normally book an apartment, but this Hotel is now our home from home.
Small and friendly hostel (would say more hostel than hotel) with charming staff and delicious vegan restaurant in the garden next door. Close proximity to all the restaurants and beaches in Port de Pollensa but on a quiet street so felt very calm and away from the busy streets.
Beautiful ambiance throughout and location was amazing both for accessibility and views .
I was checking out at 4 am and the night manager Sebastian , a true Gentleman prepared a lovely coffee .. as with all the staff conscientious, professional and a credit to the Hotel.
The hotel offers a variety of pools for both children and adults, ample space, and plenty of entertainment options for all ages in the evenings. It is well located while quiet, and the hotel has many facilities like, a small gym, spa, sauna, and breakfast/dine-in option.
Quiet adults only hotel, no entertainment etc, right opposite the beach & within walking distance of the port area. The room air-con is so good! together with the cooler fridge in the room. Recently redecorated and kept clean, good bar and terrace, friendly staff
All areas around the hotel were lovely. Staff were very friendly and always went above and beyond for you. They always had an extra touch to add. The location was ideal, 3 minutes walk around the corner and you were on the beach front with lots of shops and bars.
Very helpful staff. Good, clean modern room with seating area. Free welcome drink in hotel bar and free (non-alcoholic) items in minibar. Excellent central location just one street behind the Pine Walk. Good value for money.
The front desk staff were kind, cheerful, helpful and gracious-every single day of my 7-day stay there.
Hotel is quiet.
Everything works well.
Restaurant was abundantly staffed with cheerful workers.
An excellent hotel. Warm, friendly and professional staff. Superb position at the end of The Pine Walk. Our sea view room was a special treat. Breakfast by the sea is very special.
Lovely breakfast and unexpected sea view room . nice staff, clean hotel, Pizzas were really nice. Great bike storage area and tools to use. Free beach towel hire
We have stayed here several times. It is a very nice small hotel in a wonderful location on the pine walk. The breakfast and evening meals are very good.
