The staff was really kind, and the hotel it's well communicated. The rooms were larger than I thought, and provided with a small kitchen (only to heat things, not cook). The views from the windows were amazing.

Very good location with a major public transport junction just a few minuets walk away. The self check-in went smoothly and the accommodations were very nicely appointed. The apartment had everything as promised, even a microwave. I would definitely recommend this property to other guests.

The Hotel Luna Budapest is situated in green areas of South Buda, and offers good transport links.

I liked that Jonny, the manager on duty when I arrived very kindly offered me a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which I appreciated. His English is very good and I enjoyed chatting with him. The breakfast was very nice - lots of items available including fresh fruit. I'm a vegetarian, so I ate a lot of eggs! I liked that the hotel is staffed 24 hrs. I had a nice view of someone's lovely garden from my room which I enjoyed. It's a peaceful neighbourhood, with excellent tram links to the metro and the city just a short walk away.

I needed a hotel close to a venue at Analog Music Hall, which was like 10-15 minutes by foot. Roxanne was close by and comfortable.

Felt quite modern and innovative with the staircase to the bed. The bed was comfortable and all other utilities as well. Super close to the airport connection and other trams.
