I loved the lack of staff walking around. I arrived about 23:00 found one receptionist who opened the main door. Handed over keys. Made me sign a paper.Never saw her again. The breakfast is set up way before. There is no staff behaving like the owner watching over you as you eat. Once in a while one worker appears from behind to check and fill up the food. In my 3 day stay I only saw 3 workers i.e receptionist once at check in, a cleaner and one briefly in the breakfast place. There is virtual agent all the time on a screen. He has all the answers eg can order taxi for you,can help you check out and print receipt or give combination to washroom(toilet) door at the reception. It's a silent hotel. I loved it.

absolutely horrible I had no hot water even once they move me to another room, they do not clean your room, the breakfast was granola bars and coffee, elevator and hallways are absolutely filthy, when I asked for cups for my room they said they had none. Definitely not what’s advertised on your site. I would like to figure out how I can get some of my money back to be honest because the place was filthy and not great at all

This particular Courtyard property has serious management issues. The hallways (and I am not speaking about the pool areas) smell and the rooms smell bad. However the air conditioning did work and the cold kept the smell manageable.
Room was outdated for the price. It was a 2 room suite.
Room was outdated for the price. It was a 2 room suite. Had to pay $10 for parking. Reception staff were rude and not helpful. Had to wait to check in. When we got in the room -had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Do not recommend nor will I stay there again.

We come to visit family, and have been coming here regularly for at least 40 years. Very convenient to DC, if you plan to go into the city to sightsee. Lots of stores. Can't really comment on restaurants because we generally eat at family''s houses.

Booking info advertised microwave and refrigerator in our King Room, but first room had neither. The gentleman at the front desk transferred us to a King Room with a refrigerator, but told us NONE of the rooms at this location had a microwave.
The Refrigerator was not very cool--even on the coldest setting.
Otherwise, the room and bed were fine.
Everything. From check in to check out. Staff was super friendly, helpful, great restaurant recommendations. The room...PERFECT. Clean, refreshing, great space. The kitchette area is such a wonderful touch. Didn't feel confined, like you do in most hotel rooms. The bed was so comfy, pillows soft, just enough covers to keep you comfortable but not to hot.
Breakfast, was great. Different choices everyday, that is a nice change.
I ALWAYS look forward to staying here because of Genie and her team in the restaurant! Their morning routine with the breakfast is Excellent and Exceptional! This is the only part of this hotel that has had mainstay staff for over 7 yrs. that I have visited there. That is quite remarkable. The food is ALWAYS so Yummy.
I also appreciate the location being easily accessible to everything.
Great value in a convenient location outside DC. Minutes from the Franconia-Springfield Metro station, making it a fantastic option for visiting the city without having to drive in and deal with the hassle and expense of parking. Rooms were very comfortable, modern, and clean. Hot breakfast was very good with various options. Staff were excellent. I’ll stay here again in the future!
The room was very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and with a lot of natural light (we were οn the fourth floor). The staff was friendly and helpful. There was much selection in breakfast. Overall, we are very pleased with our one-night stay at the hotel (five adults and a young toddler), and certainly it was great value for money.
Breakfast was mind-blowing and beyond expectations! Moreover location is great too as it is close to Franconia Metro Station which further connects to other cities very well. Used this facility to Visit Washington DC. Hotel staff was very friendly and their pick up and drop off VAN was ice on the cake.
This hotel will not take cash for stay above 7 days. They will not process vanilla card or prepaid card. I got stranded. So kindly get prepared with your credit or debit card. You don’t room service for 7 days. They provide microwave with no plate so get your own stuffs. Good and fridge is good.
Everything was to my satisfaction. Booking. com is terrible! Got to the hotel and they said I didn't have a reservation. I had a booking confirmation. I was able to book a room through the hotel. They were very nice. I will never ever use that website again.
Nothing. This was one of the worst hotel/motels I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend it. You are better off sleeping in your car. The rooms did not have microwaves but the one in the lobby had a long line to use it! Pick a different hotel!!!
Would have given a 10 if not for an issue with the first room. But the front desk clerk immediately assigned us to a new room. Best pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Very good hot breakfast was included.
