Breakfast with standard fair, our room was clean but the carpet is Lumpy and my husband stepped on a rose Thorn so I'm not sure it was vacuumed very well.
The hallways stink like urine so does the lobby Didn't leave a great first impression, the elevator door closed on my arm thankfully another person in the elevator hurry and push the door open Button.
I came here to visit my grandchildren, lucky me I picked the only comfort in in Salt Lake City Or surrounding areas that would not let me take my grandkids for a swim.
The owner is a complete and total jerk, I assume he's the owner he treated his stuff like crap, which in turn made it to where none of them wanted to be friendly either.
Someone hung the lotion in the shower and the conditioner out by the sink, I thought it was funny but actually it was quite inconvenient I had to get out of the shower to use the conditioner.

I love it here very clean lots of options for food and easy to find your way around as most of the Salt Lake Valley is laid out on a grid.
We had a great time at the Murray City Pool, the restaurants were amazing and I would recommend Murray to anyone visiting Salt Lake City

Murray is gorgeous!
Murray is gorgeous! Besides the huge variety of restaurants and shops, it js just 10 minutes away from downtown SLC, and a maximum of 20 minutes away from the aquarium, the zoo and Thanksgiving Point. The views of the mountains are superb, people are so friendly, and everything is clean, neat and pretty.

Management was very rude.
Management was very rude. They have a $100.00 ancillary charge that they don’t tell you about. Now I wait for 5-10 days per management to get my money back. Parking is sketchy, no lit park lots, it is uncomfortable to walk in because there are several men who appear to be from India or that area and they just stare!!! At night they roam the halls!!! We have stayed here many times but we are done with it now.

This hotel in Murray, UT is the single exception to the excellent experience we have received in Boise, ID near the airport and all the other IHG hotels we have patronized. The facility is one thing but the staff can make or break any hotel stay, such is the case with our 5 day stay in Murray, UT. The desk personnel wore no name tags, the instructions we left were either not written down or no one read them. Then the desk Manager said I yelled at her housekeeping people, I've managed 48 people with 5 support managers, yelling is counter productive, I don't do it!!

Although there was on one staff on duty at the time of our check-in, the check-in process was great! I’ve stayed there before and the experience was still great! Clean, well-kept, good breakfast selection, staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

The location of the motel. is great for the Resort, and Shopping. Also easy access to the freeway. Then right north of the motel is a family park called Wheeler Farm, it is a wonderful place to picnic and explore
This was a fantastic one night stay. It was super clean which is great to see. Our room was absolutely spotless and lovely, breakfast was great, cereal and waffles, little muffins and egg and sausage muffins too. Plenty of coffee, tea and juices. The pool and laundry were an added bonus. There is a Costco a block over from the hotel and lots of restaurant options if you need them. Our room had a kitchenette which was fantastic. Looking forward to going back there in a few days again.
Highly recommend it.
The jacuzzi is refreshingly hot, not tepid like so many other hotels. Great way to unwind after hours of driving. The little tray that sits in front of the sofa is very convenient and useful. Very comfortable bed. All very clean. The ice machine actually gave out ice (often not the case with other hotels). Pool area well maintained. An overall level of quality commensurate with the charge for the room.
The location of this hotel was absolutely right on staff was great accommodations were more than that we expected so I must say it exceeded what I thought I might have having not been there before I would definitely book this location for another stay should the occasion arrives all I can say in closing everything was what I wanted to visit salt Lake city thank you.
DONT STAY HERE. Find another option. the owner never returned our calls, e-mails or texts. tried to contact him for 2 days. nothing.
Finally had to make the trip and assumed someone would be there to check us in. Sat outside in the cold for an hour. no reply.
Booking.com sent us to another more expensive hotel.
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now while we drive to and from Nevada and have always found it clean, comfortable and welcoming.
The breakfast lady was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed and even helped another person clean up spilled juice of the table.
I loved this hotel. I will definitely return. It’s clean. Staff is nice. The view of the mountains from our room was so beautiful. The pool is clean and well maintained. I had a lot of fun here but mostly I just loved my view it really was gorgeous.
We have been traveling for three weeks and this is the first hotel that offered fresh cut up fruit. The ladies working in the breakfast area were constantly stirring and checking on the hot foods and wiping down the counters.
the Covid protocol limits the cleaning daily unless we check out ...so if we stay at the hotel for 4 days they don't clean. we have to go to the reception get towels and other items
Hotel is nice and new, rooms were big and furniture seems new and in good shape. Very friendly staff. The room I stayed had beautiful views of the mountains as well.
booking.com & holiday Inn bad communication between them two my family and I drove 5hrs didn’t get to hotel till about 1030-1100 found out they canceled our room.🤬
We didn't like anything about it. The worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. We took pictures of cockroaches in the tub and kitchen counters.
