Worst place I've ever stayed. Front deck was unbelievably the worst. Ignorant, not helpful, very arrogant, had to argue with me over everything. The room was filthy make up on pillow cases. Bedding had stains on them. The floor was a mess with crumbs and floor dirt. Double charge me, plus charge me an extra 76.00 at the time I booked the room. On time of arrival I was told that no rooms were ready. After complaining all of a sudden for 30.00 I could have a room. This place was without a doubt below a 1 it is a negative 10. Never again will I stay at a Red Roof Inn. Praying that I get all the money back that I was over charged. Total 250.00. This place should be either shut down or do a full rehire and Train deck staff on how to treat customers and be more knowledgeable about the facility. Cleaning staff very poor.
This hotel is in the heart of Amish country, just one mile off Interstate 76. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi access and cable TV channels. Stoudt Brewing Company is one mile away.

Very quaint and quiet place. My brother stayed there while visiting my mother, he lives in Alabama. He came up with his son and family to visit my mother and do some home repair for her.
It was within 25-30 minutes of areas we wanted to explore.
It was within 25-30 minutes of areas we wanted to explore. Beautiful scenery and farmland. We loved sharing the road with the buggys and horses - and riding through the Amish country. Don’t miss Kettle Kitchen Village - fun shops!
We drove out to Shady Maple - they have a famous smorgasbord which everyone raves about - but we just went to the Farm Market which we loved - unbelievable abundance of fresh, quality produce and local products. Great little coffee shop around the corner of the Market!

We have stayed here many times over and very happy ever time but this recent stay was extra special. We understand they have been understaffed like so many places now but Kim and Rochelle(I think that is her name) went over and beyond to make sure we had everthing we needed. Kim was soooo nice friendly and beyond helpful. Comfort Inn should be proud of the 2 extra special employees. Will be back soon!!

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 3 people we arrived at the hotel and the employee is looking up our reservation he then goes on to tell us that only 1 person can stay in the room because that's all that we booked the room for, on top of that this the man was extremely rude, disrespectful why would we book a room with 2 beds for 1 person we tried to cancel the reservation after we tried to explain to him our situation we were 7 hrs away from home with our 16 yr old son and he dismissed what we were saying and brushed us off worst customer service and people skills

Great location.
Great location. Driving distance from attractions was easy to plan around. Lots of stores and plazas. Everyone was super nice. The breakfast was amazing. The pool could have been warmer but it was only April so I is to be expected. My suggestion would be to not turn off the heater at night to ensure a better temperature
No breakfast available, which already knew. We brought our own food. Frig & microwave in rm. Room clean, beds comfy, conveniently located for our needs & price was reasonable compared to surrounding inns & hotels. Requested 1st floor and got that plus our room was very close to entrance, a plus w/ my arthritis. All staff extremely friendly and helpful
I liked the location of it. I travel with the family and everything it’s close to the hotel. The Hershey Park is 45 minutes away, Amish attraction and farms 15-25 minutes away……. Gas station, and ayude like Walmart are minutes from the hotel.
House keeping always check up on you & offer to make your bed, take your trash out and give you soaps and towels. Rooms are really clean. You do not see bugs like in other hotels/motels. Love this hotel.
I love this new hotel idea by Hilton! I will totally look for Tru when booking to travel in the future. Staff was super friendly and I would stay there again.
