I loved the room. We traveled there with my 7 year old grandson for the children's museum and the zoo. The room was just the right size and was centrally located so it wasn't too far to get to attractions. The breakfast buffet was great! We definitely would stay here again!

Carmel is well planned and filled with pleasant shops and galleries and friendly people all around. There is a good selection of eateries, although like elsewhere, servers are in short supply right now.
The town is clean, with wide sidewalks, good safe street crossings, and great rotaries!
We stayed at the Hotel Carmichael which is classy and convenient.
The Indiana Design Center is well worth a visit.
The Monon Trail is used by everyone and it makes getting to Main St. shops easy. The Ambassadors of the Streets (life-size sculptures) are beautifully done. Carmel is a fun city to visit.

Not a place where you should feel comfortable walking into the local target store in your pajamas. So at least leave your wife beater t-shirts at home along with your spicy and off color language.
It's a lovely town with wages higher that most of Indiana and. The new houses are big enough for house 1 thru 12 . And they pay more in property taxes than the rest of us pay for new cars. Shopping and food are worth it
I stay in a lot of hotels in the Carmel and Indianapolis area. Hotel Carmichael is a step above your regular luxury hotel experience. Every detail is impeccably considered and attended to. It’s just really nice to stay somewhere when the staff is so invested in doing an excellent job. That sense of pride just shines through to the guest,
The hotel is nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable and there were a couple of down pillows as well that were very comfy. The staff is helpful as well. I have no complaints other than the price has really gone up - imagine that hotels must make up for the decreased travel over the lock down.
Spacious, clean and updated room. The room was very quiet through the night despite the numerous visitors. Location of the hotel was great! It was surrounded by a large amount of restaurant options as well as several stores and beautiful shopping centers. It was also very close to the highway.
The pool was the best part of the hotel, it is a nice size and goes up to 5ft deep. The hot tub was also great. The fitness center was also a nice option. I also like that my room had a sliding door to access the parking lot so I could park there to easily get what I needed from my vehicle.
The only thing good at Comfort hotel is the location, breakfast is super basic, the housekeeping didnt clean our room in 2 days we have to claim to do it. Everything is old and deteriorated.
