Princeville is a quiet town and takes a while to get to from many of the island attractions like the canyon, airport, and boat tours. So plan accordingly if you have plans on that side of the island.

Princeville as an area of Kauai is great.
Princeville as an area of Kauai is great. But your facility, not so great! We went to another hotel for our last 3 days of our 7 days in Kauai because of the reviews we read online prior to our purchase, because of the reviews we read before we booked with you. we wanted the view of Hanalei Bay/Bali Hai. It was poor at best. If your explanation of the property, logistics, and other buildings had very good views I'd have chosen those. I asked the hosts there if I could book directly with them so I could choose the building and orientation I wanted and they said no. Unless I could do that with VACASA I wouldn't come back.

The only problem with Princeville was the Booking.com description of the room. Booking.com did not allow pictures of the pool or landscape outside the complex and did not disclose the loft situation inside the condo. The Host was great and they tried to make the condo very nice but the location of the condo and the state of the condo was overly disappointing. We stay in Princeville all the time the area was not the disappointment it was the condition of the building, the workers putting on a new roof, no privacy to sit outside,
we love Tunnels Beach
Anini Beach, the beauty of the North Shore.

We had to drive to the beaches.
We had to drive to the beaches. Traffic was heavy by the condo, even at night. The sofa bed was horrible and should be replaced. Just not a great place to stay, and after not being able to get in, let alone earlier than 4, it was a disappointment.

Princeville is a resort community and is conceived as an earthly paradise. In some ways it is almost too perfect. If you are a golfer this must be heaven. The town is punctuated by rolling greenery and idyllic landscapes. My only criticism is that all commercial services require a car ride to obtain anything but it remains stunning for the eyes.
The place was clean, easy to access, parking is easy too. Princeville is the best spot on the Northshore of the island. The location is very great. There is plenty of towels, utensil for cooking, honestly this place has everything you need for vacation. It had more than I expected. The host allows early check-in if possible, they were messaging me all the time to know if everything was ok. I really appreciate the attention.
the feel of it is great, up on the second floor, it is surrounded by lush greenery and you feel almost like you’re staying in a tree house. The location is great, right by the little shopping area in Princeville and just minutes from Hanalei. The hosts were great— checking in and making sure we were all set. Everything was just great.
Great neighborhood. All the amenities needed. Comfy beds/bedding. Plenty of linens and supplies. Great views of the ocean on spacious balcony. Easy access to parking. Nice toiletries. Good working fans. Good coffee. Great channels on tv. Good window coverings in bedrooms. Good beach gear.
Exceptional location with great views of sunrise and sunset. Fully stocked supplies for a great 9 day stay, blender, food processor, beach chairs etc. Private and safe location with friendly neighbors, very homey. Loved the extras including an invaluable guide book to Kauai.
We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious with a large deck facing the ocean. Evenings were spent on the deck watching the moonrise and soaking up the incredible sounds of the big surf. It felt like quintessential Hawaii.
Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable condo. Equipped with kitchen and washer dryer. Property had a nice pool and hot tub area and offered so many activities onsite. Tennis, putting green, bicycle rentals, etc.
The first floor location was great for walking out the door to the cliffs overlooking the Hanalei Bay Area. It was easy to get to locations on the North shore. The two bedroom unit was good for our needs
Outstanding location, ocean view, close to local dining and attractions, phenomenal value for the price, I give a strong recommendation for travelers looking for a relaxing vibe on their trip to Kauai
The location is amazing, and the room is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view. It’s very close to a pool for a quick dip, and the beach (a reasonable walk away) is our favorite at Hanalei.
This was a 5 star hotel and experience! The food was excellent - especially Welina Terrace. It felt like an experience to be here, but just a hotel stay.
