It's really cute and small - easy to navigate. There are some wide roads that are a hassle to cross though. The parks are very nice. Exit was amazing, it seems like the whole city comes alive - there's plenty of places to go out outside of the festival. Beautiful city with masses to see and do. If you don't have air-conditioning or the air con doesn't work, make sure you use mosquito repellent if you have to sleep with the window open. The Intercity Bus and Railroad Stations could be better than...
The Intercity Bus and Railroad Stations could be better than they are now. Not enough public toilets in the city itself - paid and/or free. The big plus is that the city bus public transportation system which works like magic. Awesome! Not free, though, it's 100 dinara one way for city guests. In comparison, Belgrade provides free local transortation for ALL users, guests or not. Express shuttle are not free - 200 and 400 dinara one way. And it does make sense! My favorite spots were Jevrejska Ulica walk, Kay walks (along Danube), Petrovaradin Fortress. My favorite eating place was Traditional Serbian Restaurant Kafana GREDA.
