Kallistefan is a hidden gem in Kissamos, a vegeta place to spend some relaxed days near the most beautiful beaches in Crete 😍 it should be almost new, and the rooms are super clean and comfy! The pool is amazing, the breakfast delicious and abundant and the staff couldn’t be nicer ❤️ We are planning to come back in June to Crete and for sure we will come back here!

Kissamos is an excellent home base for trips to Balos and also for Elafonisi, much closer than Chania. There are also many restaurants along the beach in walking distance. We didn't swim there but it is possible. You might consider Falasarno for a few days for a beautiful beach with surf!

Kissamos is a great place for a quiet, relaxing Greece holiday. Lots of old buildings and sites, beautiful beaches, very good restaurants en very kind people. We loved the historic museum, the shops in Kissamos, the boottrip and getting around by car.

It’s a small town but we could enjoy walking along the beautiful beaches. There are some supermarkets so that we could get fresh vegetables and also fresh fish which were really tasty. There are a lot of buses and they are usually very on time. We could make our schedule smoothly and everything went super!

The place is very quiet and relaxing, especially during the dusk & the night where you can have your dinner in the big balcony & view all the stars in the sky, after a full day at the nearby beaches. Is a perfect location to visit west Crete, 15-20 min from the amazing Falassarna beach and 20 min from the parking place of the famous Balos beach. Also, it is less than 60 min to visit the unique Elafonisi beach. I would definitely choose this villa again in my next visit to west Crete!

Supermarket,.bakery, cafe, good restaurants - only 2 min drive,.or 10-15 min walk if you like. We stayed in May and it was very quiet even though an apartment is located close to the road. Good place.for a family with small children - closed area, no stairs, no swimming pool, no problem :-)

The apartment was a little tight for our family of 4, would be suitable for couples or families with young children. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time there. Location is very convenient for shorter drives to the beaches on the west side of the island. Excursions are offered, you should inquire before arrival so you can make reservations in advance. It is a nice quiet place to stay just minutes from Kissamos where you can go for dining or groceries.

The apartment was brand new, very well equipped and as a welcome there even was fruit, raki and a minimum for breakfast. Coffee, sugar, salt, sheets, and even an umbrella for the beach! Washing machine which was life saving! Really enjoyed the bed, too. Definitely recommend. Day trips to balos, elafonisi. My favourite was Falasarna. You need to have a car.
