In this case a one-night airport stay necessitated by our onward flight connection. We have however often stayed 5+ days at a time in Prague; it is our city of choice for both the wonderful city itself and as a jumping-off point for other European cities of interest. We shall be returning to Prague in two weeks' time for a more leisurely stay at the usual hotel we go to - the centrally-situated and wonderful Art Nouveau Palace Hotel.

Just said that I loved Prague was an understatement.
Just said that I loved Prague was an understatement. What a nice city. Now I'm a person that likes architecture looking at churches going through graveyards. They had fantastic cafes with very good food and very good service actually. Especially for Europe. I found people very friendly and very cooperative. The city did not have the usual scams that you see in many other places. I felt very safe and very comfortable in the city and I did not have to have my guard up looking for the usual problems when you come to a very popular tourist city. I did go midweek and I'm sure they have a lot of people coming in for the weekends. So that i did not see fortunately if that happens. I would definitely go back and I thought it was a great city.

Prague is a very beautiful city in the old town area.
Prague is a very beautiful city in the old town area. The historic buildings are spectacular and just for those alone is worth visiting Prague.
The trams are brilliant to get around on, the number 42 and 41 take sightseers around with get on get off stops. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Most people speak English which was lovely. If you get away from main tourist areas you can find some very lovely restaurants with wonderful food served at very reasonable prices. We found one called Bohemia Goose, it is owned by a brewery and you can watch them working on there vats etc. The food was some of the best we had anywhere in Prague, and the beers they produce are really good too.
The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the room very comfortable with great amenities. There were so many options available at the breakfast buffet and the coffee was delicious. There is free water, tea, cappuccino available in the lobby all day and there is a bar on site. They really think of everything here to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was also very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a central location, just a few minutes walk to the old Town Square. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The building and room were excellent, beautiful, clean, and historic. The building is right next to the Charles Bridge giving easy walking access to castle hill. It is also a quick walk from the old town square. The bus runs right outside and the metro station is only a few blocks away. The breakfast may be the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect. Can’t say enough good about this hotel.
Excellent location at the National Museum next to two metro lines (metro station is just in front of the hotel) and in a walking distance from Old Town square and other city centre attraction points. I arrived late and saw how busy and loud it was outside at the Wenceslas square, but in my room which was facing the square I did not hear any noise from outside. The room was comfortable, well-eqipped, with interesting design. Personnel was very nice and helpful.
Seriously, the location was phenomenal. This hotel was literally across from the Astronomical Clock in old town square. We stared right at it during breakfast, and saw the hour show multiple times just by happenstance. We didn’t have to carry a million things around because we were always walking past the hotel for one reason or another so it was super easy to drop stuff off or pick stuff up. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast.
Beautiful hotel in a central location, just a few minutes away (by foot) to Old Town Square and all the must-sees in Prague. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast—very extravagant for the price with many options and high quality overall. Far better than your typical continental breakfast in cheap hotels. Would recommend!
Location is perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to Old Town square. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby which was a plus “. Tram and metro stations located very closely to the hotel and everywhere was in walking distance. Exceptional service from staff and rooms were warm, cozy and very clean. Great value for money - I would definitely stay here again when I come back!
We liked EVERYTHING!!! the hotel is new, fantastic location - walking distance to old town square, supermarket within a minute walk, cafes, restaurants, tourist tours, shopping mall. And everyone on staff made our stay even more enjoyable! And the room: beautiful, comfy, cleaner than clean. We will miss Prague for sure!
The location is fair , about 5 minutes walk to palladium 12-15 minutes to old town square. If you are not into walking this hotel is a bit far from center
The bathroom is renovated 👍🏻
The reception staff were friendly
The house keeping were spot on and consistent they did a great job
Everything. The rooms are great, hotel type with their own sofa and TV. The 2 bathrooms and the kitchen well equipped. The staff very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. And the location is perfect, just 5mins away from the Old Town Square.
Good hot water and water pressure
Within walking distance of Old Town Square
The hotel emailed me information about the city and instructions on how to get to many attractions which I though was pretty cool
Breakfast is buffet style
Nice size room
Everything is perfect, stylish room, super clean, comfortable bed. Location couldn’t be better, I’d say the best in Praha. It’s very near to Old Town Square and major attractions minus the noise and crowd.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel has an excellent location very close to the old Town Square. Breakfast is nice. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the highest floors you yet nice views of the city. The staff is kind and friendly.
Excellent location. Ten minute walk from train station. Close to old town Square. Large mall next door with restaurants. Hop on hop off a 5 minute walk from hotel.
All in all an excellent facility
The hotel is centrally located with just a few steps away from the Old town square. Staff are very accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is like in a spa.
Perfect location only 2 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Very quiet despite a room overlooking the main entrance to the hotel and close to the elevators. Comfortable bed.
Nice and quite hotel, staff were lovely and explained everything thoroughly nothing was any trouble, little bar was brilliant,
5 min walk to Old Town square 😁😁
