PURO Kraków Kazimierz, hotel in Kraków

PURO Kraków Kazimierz is set in vibrant district of Kraków and provides a fitness centre and a terrace. You can rent a bike free of charge (when weather conditions are good).

This hotel is amazing! It really exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely and cosy, super comfy bed, even had a tablet that controlled everything in the room including lights, do not disturb, tv and checking out of the room! We didn’t get to use the spa facilities this time but they sounded fantastic! Especially loved the bakery that was in the hotel, the best pastries and iced tea. The location of this hotel was fab, nice little walk into the old town and plenty of local shops and restaurants around the area. I can’t actually fault this hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming as well.

Lovely city with lots to do.

Lovely city with lots to do. Very flat and easy to get around. Really great restaurants (highly recommend Starka restaurant jozefa 14 and Czarna kaczka poselska 22) with plenty of choice in both the old Town and Jewish quarter. Everyone spoke English so also very easy to communicate. The cost of food etc was very reasonable as compared with the UK, so can have a good value break here. We went on two 'free' walking tours - one in the old city and one in the Jewish quarter (with walkative tours) - both lasted 2.5hrs and were very good. We also went on a day long tour to Auschwitz and the salt mine (with Mr Shuttle) - obviously going to Auschwitz was very sobering, but we were glad we went. We had a great time - hope you do too!

Beautiful clean city. Very safe. Good public transport. Easy to communicate with the local people. I particularly liked the Jewish quarter. There's a very nice restaurant there called Ariel, it used to be a Rabbi's home. I recommend eating indoors for the best experience. I have uploaded photos. The day trips we went on were to Auschwitz Birkenau and the Salt Mine, I highly recommend them.

Had 3 full days in this beautiful city.

Had 3 full days in this beautiful city. Did Auschwitz, Salt Mines and Zakopane which included funicular and thermal baths. Plenty of walking was undertaken from the Jewish District down to Podgorze to see Oskar Schindlers factory and the remains of the Ghetto Wall by way of Lover's Bridge and acrobat sculptures and a lovely walk along the river. Heading in the other direction took you to Wawel Castle and via Planty Park to the Old Town Square. A fabulous city and I would highly recommend it to friends

A very pleasant traditional city, full of beauty accessable at walking distances: excellent architecture, amazing main square, and nice, vivid parks around the whole old town.. Cleanness, restaurants and pubs, public life, public transportation, shopping options at the top level. A lot of young people everywhere.

There are several aspects of the city that we loved, so I will break it down: - The cultural scene is amazing, with our recommendations are visiting the Wawel Castle, Schindler's factory and the Underground museum - The city is great for walks and leisure as there is a lot of green parks. A walk along the river is a must. - Restaurant/bar scene - probably one of the best cities in Europe for that. Some must visits - any Milk bar, the Witcher's tavern(Wolf den), the Forum if you are into everything in one place - eating, dancing and bar. And just about any bar at the center, but there are some gems like Szklanki, Mash Room, Kochanka

Krakow is a lovely samll city, very easy to find your way around. Its clean, safe and welcoming. I did the walking tours of the old town and jewish quarter. I find the free walking tours by locals of any city are a brilliant way to get your bearings and learn things about the city you might not with a tour guide. I found the local guides super interesting and enthusiastic about the city. Don't forget to bring cash with you to tip at the end. Schlinders Factory and Pharmasists Shop are worth a look in the jewish quarter. Wawel Castle is also a must, a lot to do there but its broken down into different tours so you can choose what you'd like to do. The main market square Rynek Glowny is a great place to wander around, listen out for the Trumpeter on the hour from the tower, sit and have lunch and people watch. I also did the River Cruise, it was a bit slow and boring for me but not expensive and it was nice and chill! Food in Krakow has a strong Italian influence but there is plenty to choose from for all tastes. I'm vegetarian and found it great.

The location is the best you could think of. The design is contemporary and i like to stay at places, that are new or after renovation. Overall a very good value for your money. Tram and even a train station directly in front of the hotel. But all the important things are just a few minutes of walk, being either the old town or in the jewish quarter. We only used tram to save our feet on the way up to the little hill. And used the train for a salt mine visit. A hotel with very cosy atmosphere. Quiet rooms isolated from the outside noise.

i booked twice in this hotel due to its proximity to old town and other areas of interests. they can arrange tours with pickup from the hotel which makes it more convenient especially for 1st timers in Krakow. rates are competitive compared to those you find around the area. there’s a nearby money changer and a convenient store, both approximately 10 meters from hotel. Room size is generous. you get to have a dining area, which is great. staff are friendly and can communicate well in English.

Radisson quality as expected - clean, newish rooms, professional staff and a mediocre breakfast. There is a nice gym and sauna freely available for all guests and you can request a room with a bath tub. Even though the location isn't exactly in the city centre, tram and bus stops are located just in front of the hotel. You can conveniently take the tram to old town or railway station and bus to the airport. There is also a convenience store next door.

Very friendly, informative staff. Hotel Leonardo was just a few minutes walk from Rynek Glowney, the main square in the centre of Krakow. There is plenty of choice in the breakfast. We didn't eat any other meals here but the menu looked very nice. They had a great little offer; that if you didn't need your room cleaned every day, you would get a free glass of wine. A great bonus to have at the end of a long day of sightseeing

The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition to this, the location is ideal. Having lived in Krakow for two years, it is close to shops and the city centre, but just far enough to be quiet. It is close to major attractions such as Wawel Castle, Kosciuszko Mound. Two lovely parks (Blonia and Jordan Park) are a short walk away. Very strong Wi-Fi too.

Beautiful, comfy apartment in a quite new building. It is perfect for a couple to spend a couple of days in Krakow. Apartment has a small kitchen with all kitchen ware you need. Bathroom was nice size and clean. If you travel by car definitely book a parking space in the garage, because there is no space on the street. Located in the heart of Old Town Krakow, it’s a short walk away from the castle, restaurants, churches, park etc. Hotel looks inviting and staff was super nice and helpful. Drive to the airport took about 15-20 minutes very early in the AM, otherwise it’s about 30-35min away in day time traffic. The location was alright, not that much close to old town or city centre. Around 22min walk to krakow main station. It was clean and the staff were nice :)

Location, location, location. Next to the old town & close to the main square. Compact apt, clean, had lift and worked well for a 4 day stay in Krakow.

Great location, close to the old town and city centre. 24/7 reception which is super for late check-ins and early check-outs. Overall good value!
