We were victims of the French air traffic strike/non strike and needed somewhere at Bilbao to stay for just one night and we got a room here. The staff were courteous the room was clean and the shuttle bus to airport was regular. All in all very good.

A great location for the old town. Well designed public areas. The hotel had a good atmosphere. It has a sensible balance between a boutique/designer type feel but being very practical and user friendly. Very friendly staff. Nice ground floor bar and breakfast room ( restaurant later on). Rooms are well designed. Reasonable sized bathroom. The breakfasts were very good with a bit of variety over the four days we were there.
