Finding the location of the property was stressful.
I would go around and around in circles because the property was situated on a one way system and not sign posted.
Outside the property was a huge sign advertising holiday properties to buy which seemed very odd.
5 minutes allowed for unloading!!! Was another sign.
I located the keys to my cabin in the back yard of the house. Although it seemed comfortable enough it was very hot with no access to a fan in the room.
The toilet facilities were in a separate pod which had not been described on booking.com. Private toilet was mentioned only.
I was not comfortable staying in someone’s back yard having to go outside for toilet facilities during the night on my own.
I made the decision not to stay at the accommodation because it felt uncomfortable.

The house was in a perfect location for our visit to the Eden project. We took my family, including 2 little granddaughters and it was the perfect family house.

Our room was excellent. A great family room with plenty of space, even with the addition of a travel cot. Had everything you needed and very clean on arrival.

An eyesore upon arrival, loved the yurt it was massive but the fire was way too small it needs to be bigger, needs more outdoor lights more secure ground work with drainage, mixed shower/toilet block, £10 per bag of fire lighting equipment and was only allowed to buy one per night and because the fire wouldn’t stay lit we frize so checked out early. Would only recommend staying with small children if you stay in the summer

We enjoyed the beach with the dunes beside it.
We enjoyed the beach with the dunes beside it.
It also has an Art creation “Time & Tide Bells”
erected in the sea, that rings with the stronger waves at high tide. There are 13 of these bells 🔔 across the country, to bring more awareness of the imminent threats of climate change.
The Clay Factory on the other side of the beach, spoils the view a bit. It’s meant to be replaced by a marina in time to come.
We visited the beautiful harbour of Charlestown and walked the SW Coastal Path to Porthpean to round of our wonderful visit to that part of St Austell, Cornwall.

It's a great location to set up base and visit anywhere in Cornwall.
There's always plenty to do, with live bands and fantastic eateries.

Great clean site. All flat and everyone friendly .
Great clean site. All flat and everyone friendly . No shop there to buy essentials so would need a car. Used cafe , friendly staff, very clean . Short stroll to pub at entrance to park , excellent food .
The cabin was amazing. We arrived late but the warden (Tricia) was available immediately in a phone call. She took us to the cabin and gave us a quick overview.
The main park was closed so not many people around but I am sure it will be buzzing when the season comes.
The cabin itself was amazing, all amenities were good. The heater warmed up the entire cabin in minutes. We also had some cider bottles, crones and fresh butter in the fridge as a welcome treat.
The stay was amazing overall and a special thanks to Tricia for being so kind.
Had a lovely stay, hosted by attentive and kind owners that keep a professional, clean, and relaxing place to use as a base for walking the coast path. While not ON the coast, the walk to Carylon Bay was easy, and that means you can end your walking day at the food trucks/music/bar on this huge beach! Breakfast was lovely, the area around the hotel is quiet, property is updated and clean, no complaints at all!
This was a lovely bright apartment. Tastefully furnished around honey and bees. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer as well as the usual kettle, toaster etc. There was good parking. The heating was excellent. It made a very comfortable base to explore from.
Stayed in the hut and it was lovely, very unique. The main kitchen/ dining room for everyone is also very useful to prepare your own food with paid breakfast and food offered all day. Well located near Eden project and great space which would be great in summer
Lovely little holiday park with friendly hosts. Loved the greenery and the walk through trees and golf course to the beach. The log cabin was spacious, comfy and well-equipped. Nice verandah. We appreciated the complimentary scones, cream and jam on arrival.
The hotel & staff were great. Facilities and location are good. The kids played on the park and bouncy castle from 1:30pm till nearly 10'o'clock. Breakfast was delicious and really generous size portions and the entire property was immaculate.
Secure apartment really well designed and had everything we needed for a weekend (cooking stuff, towels, netflix etc). Bed was super comfy and the hosts, David and Rachel, were really welcoming and accommodating. Thank you
Great location! Beach, shops, park and pubs all within a few minutes walk. Bus stops and train station also nearby.
Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and lovely welcome pack.
Garden safe and secure, good for dogs.
Spacey, comfortable flat.
Very close to the Eden Project.
Local shops were very close.
Great apartment to explore Cornwall from.
Best of all, Matthew was very attentive and on-hand to make this a relaxed stay.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and quiet. Parking was a bit tight but we were able to park for the nights safely. Charlotte our host was lovely and met and greeted us upon arrival and departure.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The room was a great size, comfortable, airy.
Spacious parking and a great location.
Breakfast and dinner were cooked well and enjoyed.
This was a very spacious and clean apartment. It’s in a nice location and the hosts were wonderful. They provided us with everything we needed. It looks exactly like the photos.
