I accidentally made two bookings and stayed for a night. They said they would refund the second booking and they haven’t to this day!
Every time I call them, they mention a refund and that a manager is looking into it and no refund is being made. Not recommended! Inhumane behaviour. Totally unacceptable

The host was friendly and welcoming and helped carry luggage upstairs. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a convenient distance from Stirling and easy to find. Parking was on the road, but there was plenty of space and we could see the car from the bedroom window.
