The bedrooms were a bit tiny for two people with suicases, but very comfortable. The employees were lovely and helpful, I really enjoyed the public baths on site (although they were a bit tiny, but still a nice addition!). Everything was clean and I enjoyed the available facilities. The location was also perfect, just a couple minutes away from the memorial park.

The staff of this hotel will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Not only they handled the delivery of our luggages smoothly but they gave us complementary umbrellas to walk in the city (as it was raining). The staff can also keep an eye on your belongings after you check out, which was very good for us, as we had our train in the afternoon. The room was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

It is nice modern hotel, perfectly located close to the station, which doubles as a transport hub, so it is easy to get anywhere. Plenty of nice food outlets nearby (many in the station complex). We loved their real coffee, not instant like in many other places.

Stayed in Hiroshima for 2 nights. Did a day trip to Miyajima Island which we absolutely loved and would highly recommend to everyone travelling to Hiroshima. Spent another day sightseeing on a 3 hour bike tour booked via Viator. A wonderful tour which we would encourage others to do as well. Stumbled upon Okonomimura aka Okonomiyaki Village which we went to both nights for a tasty meal. Loved the city and definitely worth travelling to.

You should stay more than 1 night in Hiroshima, atleast 2 days, better 3 days.
So you have enough time to explore everything.
Compared to other cities, hiroshima is way more modern and is less traditionalthan kyoto for example. But thaths why it is so nice to see, it is different than other locations in Japan.

This is a city of great historical importance and I felt humbled by the way the people of Japan and citizens of Hiroshima have rebuilt this city devastated by nuclear bomb. It was deeply painful to visit The Hall of Remembrance and see and hear a choir of school children singing near Children's Peace Monument. Those who are rattling nuclear sabres today should remember Hiroshima. Despite painful history people of this city are wonderful. Anywhone visiting Japan should see Hiroshima.

Hiroshima is a great city.
Hiroshima is a great city. The peace park and museum were very touching. It is incredible to see how the city has been rebuilt and is thriving. The day trip to Miyajima island is a must with a hike to Mt. Misen and seeing Otorii shrine.

Hiroshima is a thriving city now, which we were glad to see.
Hiroshima is a thriving city now, which we were glad to see. We walked around on our own one afternoon and had an excellent (and moving) local tour of the Peace Park and related memorials the next morning. For lunch we had a delicious local Okonomiyaki. For dinner we tried oysters done in five different preparations, as it is another specialty of the area. (They are quite large, however, and not our favorite.)
We never got to the castle or gardens, and did not visit Miyajima, which is why I would have liked one more night. But it was enough time for the basics. We would recommend that everyone take the time to visit Hiroshima. It is part of our collective history and essential now to understand the dangers we all face in today's volatile world.
I loved this place and will definitely stay here again in the future. The lobby is lovely, they provide amenities in the room and at the lobby, it's close to some of the most important places in Hiroshima, the Peace Memorial Park and the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome. If you are using a JR pass you can take the Meipuru-pu bus for free by showing it to the driver and get off very very close to the hotel. I also had a very nice view from my window to the park and dome, it exceeded my expectations!
The location for shin Hiroshima was terrific. The hotel was very bright and comfortable and staff overall friendly.
Breakfast was standard hotel far but lacked some of the flare of traditional Japanese breakfasts experienced whilst in Japan for the last four weeks.
We stayed just one night purely for the convenience of heading to the train station the next morning with ease. Cookie cutter Sheraton hotel that services the needs of tourists exiting and entering Hiroshima.
Best location, near all the sights in a wonderful, thriving neighborhood
Fantastic amenities nearby, big shopping center with fab food
Great view of Hiroshima Castle from the room
Wonderful breakfast buffet, best we had in Japan.
Best shopping so far in Japan, less touristy and better quality stuff.
Nicest toiletries with a cleansing oil that turns milky when you add water. First time I've ever been offered that at a hotel.
Quiet so we slept soundly.
Great value.
It ticks all the boxes! Cheap, comfortable, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. The Japanese-style breakfast buffet was amazing - not to mention you get a free alcoholic drink during your stay too!
The location is perfect also - right infront of the tram stop and near-by the castle and peace park - not to mention sooooo many shops. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima looking for something central :)
Great location near Peace Park and a lot of restaurants. Easy enough to get to from Hiroshima station. Staff were incredible, spoke good English and were willing to help us forward our luggage to the next city (and receive it early from the previous hotel). Great little coffee stand on the ground floor, a coin laundry available comfortable room overall. Shower & toilet were next level.
Conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping malls. It is within walking distance to A-bomb monuments and museum. Whilst not within walking distance (with luggage) from the main Hiroshima train station, you can catch the bi-directional Eki-Machi loop bus (Y220) every 10 minutes to/from the Tanaka-machi bus stop on the Peace Boulevard, which is 150 metres from the hotel.
Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima exceeded my expectations in comparison my previous experience at another capsule hotel in a different prefecture.
The capsule itself is spacious, and in the female lounge, the hotel provided numerous items (vanity kit) for hair care and skincare.
A bonus in itself is the location, it is right in front of the tram station.
Old fashioned traditional Japanese hotel, with futon beds and onsen, the location is very nice, near the A-bomb dome and just some min walk from the Peace memorial park and bus/tram station (if going to the Hiroshima station, take the bus as it’s much quicker than the tram). Quiet location. The staff was nice.
Located between the train station and the main sights of Hiroshima as the Peace Memorial Park. Each about 15 mins by foot.
Good value for the money, big rooms compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan.
Very kind staff, one Receptionist even knew some German and Serbian - was a pleasure to stay there!
Friendly staff, comfortable room, great amenities and rooftop bar! Price was reasonable and included breakfast! I liked that it was close to the Hiroshima Peace Park and downtown. I also liked that the hotel had guest laundry services!
Beautiful hotel connected to Hiroshima Station, making it extremely convenient for the Shinkansen as well as local transit. Room was large for a Japanese city hotel and I had a lovely view of the city from my room.
Location very near to Hiroshima Station. Walkable only 5 minute to the hotel. Hotel easy to locate with the big sign. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommended for couple, family, and business traveler.
The location is about a ten minute walk south from Hiroshima Station. You need to go across the river and past a bike rental place. The Lawson and flaming torches outside make this hotel easy to spot.
It's directly connected to Hiroshima station via an overbridge - so the location couldn't be more perfect! The hotel interiors were so good, as well as the rooms. The staff are super friendly too.
The hotel was great value for money. The location was convenient for the station and for the sights of Hiroshima. The staff were helpful and friendly. The ruins were spacious and comfortable
Great value for money! Staff was really great and helped us with our luggage forwarding. The hotel is very close to Hiroshima station. The rooms are small but have everything you need.
Great location! Close to the night life in Hiroshima. Walking distance to Peace Park. Taxi stop by hotel. Pretty small room, but comfortable. Overall great hotel for great price!
This hotel was walking distance from Hiroshima Station and very close to their train car line. We only stayed in Hiroshima 1 night but this hotel was great and very clean.
