So we had the sea view rooms which had air conditioning issues. The manager was kind enough to transfer us to the premium rooms which were cottages on the beach and that was lovely. I feel the property is lovely but the rooms could do with some service. The staff is AMAZING! They did everything to make our stay lovely. The menu is limited but every time we asked the chef to make something off the menu, they were very willing

Breakfast was good-spread was limited but quality and taste of food was awesome. The staffs were very cooperative and polite. Mr. Ganesh at reception and Mr. Ranjit Rana and one more young guy ( don't know his name) need special mention for their polite behavior and quick responses. Even the security staff was very nice and helpful.
The property is just next the beach but better than the beach front properties ,as you get a quiet ambience. From the balcony of the sea-view rooms , you can see the sea ( may not be from other rooms) .

A beautiful relatively quiet Goa beach, so far. That may change as Mopa airport gains more air services. Lovely white sands, good selection of shacks walkable on south end of arambol beach. I love this beach.

Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa.
Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa. As with most of the beaches, the beach chairs are quite far back from the water due to the tide coming up so far.
It's a lovely place and would definitely visit again!

Beach was fabulous, yoga classes on the beach, good choice of restaurants, plenty of tourist shops and also supermarkets, money exchanges, taxis, etc. Quite a hippy vibe, mix of families with young children, a lot of young people and also older generation.

Ashvem beach is a wonderful expanse of white sand - perfect for sunbathing, swimming and learning to surf (small breakers). There are numerous beach front bars and restaurants, but they are quite expensive compared to other locations in Goa (particularly South Goa) and most pump out music that is too loud to have a conversation over dinner.
The area is definately trading on it's popularity as a Yoga destination and has become both much less laid back and relaxed since the pandemic and is becoming dominated by Russians. One to give a miss and seek out a less up tight, over priced, cosmopolitan area - plenty exist in Goa.

The property is very good to excellent
The property is very good to excellent
The management team is lifeless.
They don't seen to have the passion for providing a delightful experience to the visitors.
Requests made by customers have to be followed up repeatedly to get the services asked for and committed by the resort at the time of booking.
All that they are bothered is to swipe the card and take the full payment in the beginning itself.
Maybe this is the reason they are not bothered afterwards.
They need to be professionals!!!
Room service requests have to be attended promptly and not by repeated follow ups !!!
Phone calls made to reception ,room service etc are seldom answered unless you try hard many times!!!
If nit anything atleast a warm send off will be well appreciated!!!
Most important is committed room should be provided because we have paid for it and the property is dar too expensive for the type of room given ti us!!
The saving grace is that the property is good and located well by the beach!!
I am giving an elaborate review so that future visitors can make an informed choice while booking itself!!!
I’m delighted to share this review. This place is not just a hotel, it’s a place for people with beautiful soul! Thanks to the hotel owners! They are extraordinarily nice, giving you a feeling being a part of a family!
Personal is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very cozy and natural, the food is delicious and healthy which is pretty much rare in most of the hotels that provide buffet breakfasts. Nice pool area, beautiful interior, very relaxing and inspiring environment.
Love to stay here
Absolutely loved our stay at La Vera Boutique Hotel! As one of the best hotels near Mandrem Beach, Goa, it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the ambiance is so relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Mandrem, Goa!
Absolutely fantastic resort bang right on beach with high level of service, super clean property and fully maintained every point of resort, restaurant right on beach with nice sunset view, good breakfast, fresh juices, fresh made food.

Hightly recoommend and will back to Mamagoa next time
Very good location. Close to the beach. Nice and peaceful ambience. Lot of greenery and open space around the pool to sit and relax. Facilities are good. Staff is courteous and ready to help. Limited breakfast choices however quality and taste of food served was good. I travelled with a small kid and I could get all the additional help required. I would surely consider this resort for my next visit to Goa in India.
I stayed here for about two weeks and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodated for my requirements. The manager was quite helpful and friendly as well. The location is quite good as well, especially if you are looking to get away from the crowded beaches of Goa and looking for a peaceful time around the beach ( which is right around the corner from the hotel ). Overall, i had a wonderful time.

Excellent value given location on Mandrem beach, and adjoining facilities. Basic but clean, comfortable rooms. Sea view balcony was ideal to enjoy the shade and breeze. Restaurant had extensive food offerings, laid back atmosphere.
The staff was excellent , location was amazing
Worth the money spent .
Little bit on the outskirts of north goa other than that everything about the rooms , view and hospitality was good.
Overall the property is beautiful with direct access to the beach. It has the potential to be a self contained destination in Goa.
Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate requests.
Location, hospitality and food - the best I have had in Goa ever.
The staff were very polite and helpful right from the day of our arrival.
The resident kitty Jocks is a superstar.
