It has the best breakfast selection I’ve seen and I’m a seasoned traveller! The evening meal was also excellent with so much to select and great service. Love the general vibe of the place- relaxed yet set up for activity and wellness. Great pools, sauna and facilities. We’ll be back!

Staff were honestly fantastic - they tried so so hard to accomodate the guests. There was an igloo party one night at the resort (nothing to do with the hostel) and the girl on reception arranged a coach off her own back so the guests could go (as it was hard to get home from) - genuinely fantastic effort.
If the bar was just a little quiet the staff often went and had a beer with the guests etc so they felt accommodated.
Breakfast was fantastic - really good buffet with hot and cold options - staff were attentive and kept it topped up, food was really well cooked.
Location was pretty good - its around a 5 minute drive from the ski resort, and they put shuttles/coaches on morning and night. Bear in mind the prices you pay for accom right at the slopes I really cant complain at all its a great concept. The only thing I could mybe mention location wise is there's not much in the nearby (20 mins walk) town of Hopfgarten - places to eat, and apres ski bars in the town and coming off the slopes, but not really anywhere to drink after about 8pm, (except the hostel itself) unless you get a taxi to the next town Westendorf, which isn't walking distance and was around 30 EUR taxi.
The whole place was absolutely spotless - the staff/managers certainly appeared to take a real pride in the place - and why not its lovely.
Overall thanks very much guys, had a fantastic time, you were brilliant.

The flat in the rooftop was really nice. The elevator goes all the way to the top. The owner noticed us as we were walking from the wrong train station and guessed it was us. He cleared his car and drove us to the flat. He also showed us the various facilities and restaurants while driving. The toilet was blocked when we arrived and he unblocked straight away. He also brought fresh apples. Top host!

Quite calm and quite village, where most people drive or come by train/bus to ski. Enough restaurants and supermarkets, great access and nice location, good starting point for skiing/snowboarding.

You can't believe the view from the balcony is real.
You can't believe the view from the balcony is real. This is relaxing at its finest. On a working farm, so quiet and just perfect. The hosting family is very, very nice and always willing to answer questions. Best place to stay.

it’s a very popular village and we would suggest clients to book early if they prefer being near the village centre however we selected our Gasthaus which was 1.4 Kim’s outside of the village, this was perfect for us as we enjoy walking in the mountains. There are many places to eat and all very enjoyable including our own Gasthaus.

Excellent, very clean and super comfortable accommodation to explore Brixental and beyond. One could easily fill in two weeks or more since many points of interest are fairly close, just a short driving distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the stay here gives you an insight into everyday life of a farmer. The location is very quiet and the views are simply amazing. Staying here is an excellent value and highly recommended!
- The dinner is DELICIOUS! We had the traditional Bauer buffet for one of the dinners, and it was very very tasty! The other dinners were also amazing.
- The location is nice
- The free underground parking is a huge plus
- The bathroom is nice and clean
- The staff is nice
- the overall style of the hotel looks very good
- nice fireworks for NYE
The hotel is located in a very cozy village. We lived in a really comfortable and equipped rooms. We arrived late however exceptionally friendly hosts helped to accommodate and rest after terrible trip with permanent heavy traffic. In spite of the fact that it's mostly winter resort I can highly recommend staying in the hotel in any season.
Well designed and furnished with style, checking in was incredibly simple. Very centrally located, close to the ski lift (but worth using the ski lockers at Kurtz). Staff were very flexible with payment dates given the ups and downs of COVID. Easily the best chalet we have stayed in for skiing and great value for money.
Loved the room, the breakfast and the SPA. Excellent on all of them. Also, the staff at the reception was very friendly. The location is exceptional (next to gondola and lifts). Hotel is quite new so the facilities were amazing! Very pet friendly everywhere. Pools are amazing and hotel is very clean.
Great apartment in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to the Hopfgarten gondola, so it's ideal for a skiing holiday! There is also a boot room in the basement where you can keep your ski equipment.
The underfloor heating in the bathroom is also a lovely feature.
We came for the Almabtrieb, and it was a prime viewing location on the lovely terrace, and about a mile’s walk along sidewalks to Hopfgarten Im Brixental town center where the festival was located. Spectacular views of the alps.
Very clean modern hotel, excellent breakfast, free parking, great spa area with small heated pool, different saunas and large external pool, quiet location with great view, excellent service at reception, elevator.
Susana was a really nice host, very helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants, which was very nice. The room is very comfortable, only 5 minute walk to the skilift. Highly recommended!
We upgraded as our original room faced a building site. The 'new' room was really nice and big, and was only 20 EUR more per night. The hotel was modern and the facilities were really good.
The hotel, its facilities and location are great, I especially liked the interior design, the comfortable rooms and the wellness area. Cleanliness and maintenance are excellent too.
