Practical, clean, very good bed and linen, good safe parking, space to relax in the public area and outside. Perfect location for travellers. Although there was no restaurant, very close by was this delightful pizzaria recommended by the hotel. Not just pizzas but all good Italian food : www.pizzerialasicilia.de

Lovely hotel in convenient location, staff were incredible. So welcoming and friendly. Great parking and general facilities. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had a fantastic meal. We travelled with our dog and they were very accommodating to this. Saved us a table in the corner of the restaurant which was perfect. And let us know there was two close by areas convenient for dog walks, some woodland/park area which sadly it was too dark to explore by the time we arrived. And more village walk which was perfectly lit up to walk our dog. Very safe area and super friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a quick stopover. We rented the family apartment, which is huge for just two people but it was the last room available on our chosen dates and very fairly priced. For a family of any size this apartment is ideal! We will no doubt be returning here, what a gem of a place in a cute small german village town.

Wallenhorst is a pretty town, the people are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a main road (but is set back, so is quiet) and easily accessible from the main motorways. The price of this hotel is very competitive, especially given the facilities on offer.

The Roman site of disappearing troups in Kalkriese is really something to see for yourself. Lots of nature and farms in the quiet area. The hotel restaurant is really the only one nearby. You need to go to Osnabrück if you want city life.family1Germany

As it was a hot day we welcomed the fact that there was a portabable fan in the room and the window had an insect screen (so we could open the window at night, but keep out the bugs). Parking in front of the building. Restaurant (dinner, breakfast) is in the main building and as to be expected in Germany very good. It is located only 10 min. from the motorway. Overall this hotel has an excellent price/value.
