We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Filisio. The location next to the cathedral is exceptional. The hotel and restaurant staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful! A special thank you to the ladies at the reception. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a varied, high-quality breakfast during our stay. We loved the city of Trani and its cathedral, we will come back!

Giulia was an exceptional host who went out of her way to assist us. The room was sparkling and exceeded expectations. Trani itself is a locals only resort, and was an absolute pleasure in late May. You need a little bit of Italian language to get the best from the local area.
A good location for a relaxing holiday in Trani, I Colori della Puglia Rooms is a guest house surrounded by views of the quiet street.

Great location close to the centre, but street parking right outside which was great. Good communication from Antonio. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast out on the sunny terrace was excellent.

The host was very accommodating.he let us store our luggage and drove us to the train Station. The bed was very comforable. The room is spacious and in a beautiful old building. It is one flight of steps up to the hotel and there is no elevator, but it’s not difficult.

Trani is a fabulous town, a must visit if you are in Puglia. Trani has loads of different restaurants and fabulous clothes shops. Try to have dinner on the Port of Trani and watch the fisherman bring in their catch and sell it on the side of the port near the Cathedral of Trani. The terrace bar at the Ognassi Hotel is very special and totally worth a visit too.

Trani was not preplanned....we found a B&B last minute, which was fanatastic, we were outside the holiday season so the Town was quiet, the harbour front offered many bars & restaurants, although we found a really good pizza bar on the back street, Art 'e' Arcimboldo Pizza Bistrot.
The Cathedral (plus Bell Tower 250+steps) & Castle both worth a visit, both offering alternative views of the Town below & harbour.
One night/day probably enough.

Diverting to Puglia was a last-minute decision for us, and we were not disappointed. Trani is a small but bustling city with good train access, a few sites of historical interest, and a fabulous harbor to the Adriatic Sea. Because it was not high season, when the tour busses left their day-stops, we felt like two of only a few tourists left in town.
Trani is the place to go if you are a seafood lover. At dusk, the fishing boats pull into the harbor, back up to the dock, and offer up their daily catch. Locals browse from boat to boat, loading up on whatever looks best, and restaurant patrons feast on the freshest of fresh fish and shellfish that evening. We had an incredible meal at Osteria ai Platani (highly recommend).
Had we planned this stop, we'd have stayed at least one more night for the food, wine, and ambiance alone.

We didn't really explore Trani except to walk to the port for a drink after we had arrived. We had a lot of trouble finding the hotel when we first arrived as the name on our booking was different to the name on the hotel, which caused some confusion and delays in checking in. The port area was pleasant to visit but the hotel was situated near the train station and we had to walk through small, narrow roads to reach the port.
Everything about our stay here was 10/10. There was nothing to fault. The villa was spotless and roomy, with every amenity you will need for a stay of any length. Onsite private parking is also included. The hosts were welcoming, and communication was excellent, offering suggestions for things to do and see in the area. They also went above and beyond to make our stay in Trani so memorable. If we return to Trani, we will not hesitate to book Villa Pintucci again!
Our Host!!!! Sara was WONDERFUL!!! She was professional gracious and so helpful! The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities needed. The location was ideal and close to everything plus it had breathtaking views. The apartment was Clean and very comfortable with lots of space. Keep in mind the location is in the heart of Trani so it can be a little noisy but if you want the Seaview it is worth it.
Again Sara was fantastic!
We stopped at this hotel for a night on the way from the Gargano Peninsula to Bari Airport and it is ideally located for easy access to the airport. It is also very close to Trani, but without the parking difficulties that come with staying in the city itself. We particularly enjoyed our meal at the excellent restaurant onsite, as well as the great menagerie of animals (including a zebra!). Staff were very welcoming and friendly as well.
Stay in the heart of Trani and take a pleasant walk along the waterfront or have breakfast in the balcony with an amazing view. The hostess was amazing and accommodating. Parking was short distance away and (paid) shuttle available to bring us to the edge with a short walk to the hotel. The restaurant next door (Terradimare) was recommended to us and we had a lovely dinner.
The owner and his family are very nice and accommodating. They helped with our luggage and parking. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was big with a balcony and a small kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. Good location. If you in Trani a nice place to stay.
Amazing location, just steps from the castle, the cathedral and the port. Clean and spacious rooms, a nice assortment for breakfast. The hosts welcomed us warmly and explained how everything worked. The price per value can't be beat, perfect for a family.
Very comfortable bed. Room was quiet, a little noise from the trains passing behind the hotel but much quieter than we expected. Location is good, easy to reach by car with on-site parking and a short walk to the main areas of Trani and the port area.
Great Hotel located in an old Palazzo. Superb location with friendly staff and fantastic roof top breakfast.
Trani is really a great place. A must see if you are in Puglia. Only 35Km from the Bari Airport yet peaceful and serene.
The property is amazingly beautiful, clean, comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast that was served on the roof with amazing views of Trani. The food was delicious and the coffee was excellent.
Firstly the manager Nadia was so kind, friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean , comfortable and modern and really lovely. The location was perfect for seeing the sights of beautiful Trani
The staff were extremely helpful and kind when my husband became unwell whilst staying at the hotel. They went out of their way to make things easier for me in a difficult situation. I am most grateful.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful in an awesome location. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was extremely helpful. We will be returning. Best place to stay in Trani.
Owner was extremely helpful and attentive. Apartment was spotless and very secure. Great location. Easy to find free street parking. I would stay again if I return to Trani.
