The location was perfect. Parked the car right out the front . Host and staff were exceptionally nice. Beautiful white room with a balcony. The staff surprised us with a lovely cake as it was Mother’s Day. Would definitely stay there again.
Featuring an indoor swimming pool, Residenze Gregoriane offers luxury suites decorated in a classic style. Located along the river, these suites provide a central but quiet location in Tivoli.

Fantastic spot!! Really great location. Tivoli isn't too big, but this apartment is both right in town but quiet, too. The roof terrace was SO pretty!
Great access to town and countryside. Tivoli has lots of character and amazing views, plenty of places to eat and shop, and to immerse yourself in true Italian culture.
I'd recommend the Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa), both of which can be done in one day, although allow more time for the latter, and bring a packed lunch as there are no catering facilities.

Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome.
Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome. If you are looking for old character, charm, and beautiful gardens, you have found your spot. Food was great at all locations. I would recommend spending a lot of time Villa di Este.

The park of Villa Gregoriana has stunning views of the waterfalls and is a must natural attraction when visiting Tivoli.
Villa D'Este is a magnificent example of the Italia Villas of the Renaissance, with its beautiful gardens and many fountains.
These two locations and the overall historical city area are easily reachable all within walking distance. The historic downtown also offer many eating alternatives.
Villa Adriana is one of the most majestic archeological sites of the Roman Empire, truly impressive in its scale and content.
Plan for a three nights stay in order to have two full days to visit the city.

Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome.
Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome. Fly into Ciampino. Public transport and parking is good. Prepare to walk up hill on occasions in town. Villa d'este well worth a visit BUT beware of payment on entry. (See Tip) Driving can be either exciting or challenging. Make sure if you go on the toll roads you understand how they work and how to pay. Local food is really reasonably priced if you choose well. "Botega del Grano" is an excellent choice in Tivoli.

Tivoli is a great location especially if you have previously visited Rome. It is much cheaper than Rome for food and drink and the quality of food is very good. For example we visited a restaurant in Rome for lunch - a restaurant we had previously visited - cost for lunchtime pasta for four with four beers and two Aperol Spritz 107 Euro's. Night time meal in Tivoli at a restaurant specializing in food from Tuscany for starters, meat main courses, six beers and 4 Aperol Spritz cost 117 Euro's.
Tivoli offers easy access to Rome via Train. To be honest having visited Rome before was disappointed with how expensive it has become, entry to alot of the venue's had massively increased in price and hour long queues. Also found the city very dirty.

If you like quaint rustic italy, this is for you, gorgeous scenery, lots to do but do homework first as if you do not have a car, the public transport needed a recky first. Not all cafes open on a Monday, but when they are the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. Taverna de Dracula is a must fir romanian cuisine
No breakfast included; excellent location a short walk from the main attraction, the Villa D'Este. Also a shorter walk to the best restaurant for dinner that we found in three weeks touring Italy. Sorry I cannot recall the name but it was one of those recommended by the host of this property. Great food and better service than anyplace else we experienced. Had we two nights in Tivoli we would have returned there for a second great meal. No, wait, I found it, "Ristorante L'Angolino D Tivoli" check it out!
The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.
Charming old property, superb host, lovely al-fresco breakfast.
Carla kindly helped us book a local restaurant in Tivoli, the local town, and that restaurant 'Sibilia' was superb.
Carla was very attentive and always willing to help.
Whilst we were there the temperature was in the low 40s, so the air conditioning in the bedroom was a super bonus.
Quaint spiral staircase to our room - which we knew about in advance, made it a very authentic experience.
This property was great; the owner has furnished the apartment with everything a guest could possible need. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very well furnished with dishes, pots and pans, coffee and tea makers, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas cooktop. The apartment was very clean and had nice linens, and there was even a clothes washer. I would ONLY stay here if I visit Tivoli again.
Lovely location in the pedestrian part of the city of Tivoli, and within walking distance of a few points of interests, Villa Gregoriana, Villa d'Este...
Great price for a roomy flat, with cooking facility .
Fairly quiet location, and there are restaurants just 100m from the flat.
Emiliano was promptly available and answered all our queries .
We know Tivoli very well and Location was our priority.
This location is ideal to go in every direction. Apartment is a roomy bachelor with a large bedroom accommodating parents + 1 pull out bed. Only note, if taking big travel bags, you'll have a good 20-25 steps to negotiate.
Sara is a wonderful, accommodating guest!
Everything!!! The host Alessandro is super nice, very attentive from booking until checking out. The place is in Medivial area, so romamtic. The room is perfect with all the lovely details, especially i loved the kitchen cabinet and the leisure place in the corner to relax. Will definetely visit agaim when in Tivoli
The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough for our short stay (kitchen is a little too small for preparing dinner). It's very well located too. Francesco was welcoming, very helpful with places to see and do around Tivoli, and with free parking nearby. We really appreciated the Smart TV available as well.
This is a great little apartment with the best balcony. Very comfortable, very well appointed, and in a great location.
Matteo, our host, was super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions to explore Tivoli.
Definitely would stay here again
This is a beautiful, historic apartment right in the heart of Tivoli. It is an easy walk from the train station and is fully equipped and really comfortable. We were also provided with Italian breakfast supplies, a pleasant and unexpected surprise.
The location is lovely in glorious countryside but close to Tivoli and Rome. Breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were both excellent. Fabulous facilities for families with children in the summer months but great for a quieter Autumn break.
A beautifully renovated basement in a beautiful and ample property. The hosts were genuinely friendly and warm-welcoming. Worth the stay and would recommend it to anyone interested in a countryside stay yet very close to Tivoli city center
The atmosphere and vibe at Il Giardino is just lovely. It was conveniently located for getting downtown and around Tivoli on foot. We happened to get a nearby on-street parking spot which made things even easier.
Very nice accommodation and great location, we really enjoy it, despite of no internet at the time, no part of door in a shower, we really recommend it. Tivoli is wonderful place.
Immaculate B&B in Old style home in center of Tivoli, the proprietor was helpful and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful! Thanks Marco!!
