I went there on a business trip, but loved the whole experience! The Bloemfontein community great you with a smile and are humble. The business community value your time and are grateful for the efforts put in to meet with them.
There town is rich with history and old buildings used for office space. I loved the old buildings with original oregan pine floors and pressed ceilings. The clean double roads are easy to navigate.
What started as a normal business trip ended with me feeling energetic and humbled by the experience as a whole. I'll be back Bloemfontein!

We were pleasantly surprised by Bloemfontein.
We were pleasantly surprised by Bloemfontein. It is clean and neat. The Botanical gardens are absolutely beautiful. Extremely well cared for - definitely worth a visit. Oliewenhuis art museum is free (R10 parking fee only) and lovely for a visit and a picnic in the grounds.
Nice restaurants; good malls; traffic not too bad at the time we visited.
I'd recommend Haru Sushi restaurant.
Tempe golf club at the Tempe Military Base (open to the public) was an unexpected find - cheap round of golf on a nice course.
Disappointed that the planetarium visitors centre doesn't seem to be open, most days of the week; it only opens for special viewings.
Naval Hill worth a visit - friendly ostriches and beautiful views.

I lived in Bloem for 9 years, it was great in the 90's.
I lived in Bloem for 9 years, it was great in the 90's.
Unfortunately, the city has deteriorated massively.
I would not go to Bloemfontein for leisure or tourism.
It is central to stop on the way to/from somewhere or if you have some work / business / family-event to attend to.
Great place to shoot a dystopic movie seen!

I love the city and especially the fabulous friends and family who live in Bloem - not exactly a holiday destination but defnitely the place to visit for cricket or rugby games.
Traveling around is easy and getting to Bloem is very easy on the highway
We have stayed here before and it was as good this time as previously. Very nice spacious room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good. The location is very handy if you want somewhere to stay close to the N1 without going into Bloemfontein itself. and is in a nice secure and quiet location. The wifi worked well and there was plenty of parking. The food at dinner was not the best we've had but it was acceptable.
A great location in a good neighborhood. The house and the room are huge, with a nice pool and garden. Lots of cupboards and a very large bathroom. It’s modern hotelstyle and Franco the owner welcomed us personally and showed us around. You feel like staying in a 4/5 star hotel and everything works. No loadshedding, so thats great too.
We can certainly advise this place for a stay in Bloemfontein
The location was perfect and easy access to the main roads and very close to the main road to the mall.
I must say for a first time visit to Bloemfontein, I am really glad we booked at Wilreco, it's a wonderful cozy place. You still have a sense of privacy.
Our hosts were exceptional. Marlie was good to us, gave us info of the area and helped us keep warm when needed because of the weather.
We enjoyed the modern, neat and spacious self catering unit situated in a beautiful and safe area. The staff was so friendly and ready to assist whenever we needed them. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the lady assisted us despite of the time of arrival, I'd definitely recommend and book the place again when I visit Bloemfontein.
The place is close to the highway (N1) via bloemfontein, which makes it easily accessible.
It has a very refreshing and homely feel.It is a place for one to wind down at.
The hosts were very kind, friendly and felt like family.
Everything was functional and the place is extremely clean.
We loved the host Patience period, that's why we came back for the second time because of her Energy she deserves great appreciation. We love her so much.
The place is also in a very good location, very secure too. You can walk to the shops freely.
Best place in Bloemfontein.
The staff is super friendly and always feel at home. A lady named Khanyisile has the most beautiful personality, and every time My family comes over, she is happy to see us and welcomes us. We have made this hotel our home when visiting Bloemfontein.
The staff are very nice and welcoming they go all out to make you comfortable, a good place to rest and stay away from the noise. Comfortable bed. I will certainly stay at Lizbe Accommodation on my next visit to Bloemfontein.
It was great to discover this new gem in Bloemfontein.

The rooms are comfortable and breakfast served was excellent. Nice vibe
The hotel is in close proximity to the amenities and the University. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is peaceful quiet and one can be able to do some work without inturruptions.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and well cleaned and kept. The area of the B&B is quiet yet close to many shopping centres, restuarants etc. within Bloemfontein.
