We thought that Fantastic was a great name for the hotel. It had what we needed, including a TV that we could easily operate with programs I needed on the day that I was feeling ill. The walk to the center of Marigot was a pleasant one for us.

You walk out the back to palm trees and the beach. It's a private beach with pools on the beach. It's beautiful, quite, and an absolute must to rent. Trust me, you cannot get a better place for the price. The inside is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. This is a gated condo community that is perfect. There is a fantastic beachfront restaurant next to the property, and more down the road. Stay here!

Everything!! The property is great. We didn’t have a car and had no problems accessing food with a short walk. The views were outstanding. Alain’s customer service was outstanding.
