Pension Niki, hotel in Skála Sykaminéas

Just 20 metres away from the port of Skala, Pension Niki offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and views over the lush garden. Kagia Beach is 2 km away.

We stayed in Niki for one night with my wife and 6 year old. We did not have much time to spend in the accommodation but it was meeting our expectations to sleep in a clean, comfortable place nearby Skala Sikamineas. We were greeted by the owners who kindly introduced us to our room and explained the surroundings. It is a very short walk from the little village center where you can find a market and bakery. If you are looking for a quiet clean place to stay while enjoying Skama Sikamineas, Pension Niki would meet your expectations.

Belvedere Aeolis Hotel, hotel in Skála Sykaminéas

Situated on a hillside, 1.5 from the centre of Molyvos and the nearest beach, Belvedere Aeolis Hotel offers rooms with great view of the Aegean Sea and the historic castle of Molyvos.

The hotel is so clean I love it! Every day the rooms are cleaned and new towels are left. The food is very good but it should be a little more diversified for vegans and Muslims and I would have liked to see more Greek appetizers, there were very few..The staff at the front desk are very polite, but when we asked for a reservation for a restaurant, they said that there was no reservation, then when we went later, we encountered a reservation request😔 The beach is very beautiful and very calm. It is a pity that there is not a bar on the beach because I am more of a sea person. However, there are bars on the beaches where you go by bus, we could not experience it, we went to the one close to the hotel.

Dameli, hotel in Skála Sykaminéas

Offering quiet street views, Dameli is an accommodation located in Sykaminéa, 48 km from University of the Aegean and 10 km from Abbey Taxiarchi.

A beautiful small house in an amazing picturesque village. You have to park your car at the entrance of the village, as most of it is only accessible on foot. There is a small mini market and a square with two traditional cafés. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made useful suggestions for our trip. Overall it was a great experience to visit Sykaminia and Dameli!

If you're looking for a relaxing time, this is a perfect spot for it. The village is very small with a beach (Kagia) nearby, a couple of restaurants, a chapel and not much else honestly. If you have a car, visiting Sykaminea nearby, Mantamados and a couple other villages could be nice. The restaurants at the very centre (Myrivili's and a couple others) are more touristic and experience. Poseidon in Kagia is great for having lunch and I'd recommend To Kyma on the other side of the village for dinner or accommodation.
