This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The bathroom floor was not cleaned, there was dried hair and scum on the faucets, and the toilet brush had hair and dirt all over the top, and had dirty water in it! The lamps in the bedroom were very dusty! The Microwave had food splattered all in it! The shorter older lady at the front desk was very rude! However, The bed was comfortable! There was only high carb foods served for breakfast, no fruit or protein! I would never stay at this hotel again. Room 112

We were in town for a wedding in nearby Blue Ridge (Diamond V Farm). We wanted to visit Bedford the next day, so stayed the night. We visited places we'd been before (Peaks of Otter Winery and the D-Day Memorial), but this time we walked around Bedford after a fabulous breakfast at the Huddle House. We were VERY impressed with the Bedford Boys Tribute Center in the old Green's Drug Store. Just a block from the courthouse. Kenneth and Linda Parker have done a marvelous job on this museum. You must NOT miss it! It's very moving, especially for us, as we are both veterans. It really brings home what the D-Day memorial is all about and the significance of what those soldiers sacrificed for our great country.

Bedford is a great "Mayberry" sort of town for those of us from larger cities. Quaint and relaxing. Most people come for the hiking or the D-Day memorial, but there's lots more to see here.
Nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting family in Bedford. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and the room was very comfortable. If I needed fresh towels or for the room to be serviced, they took care of it.
It was convenient, clean, breakfast was ready, parking was great. It was close to all we needed to attend. The room was clean and the check in and out was fast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going that way!
I called ahead to let hotel clerk know I would have a late check in. No one was there to let me in. I had to wait about 15 minutes. By then I was tired and angry.
