Downtown Boulder City seemed inviting and cute.
Downtown Boulder City seemed inviting and cute. Unfortunately, we had such a busy rehearsal schedule that we did not have time to explore! We will go back, and plan some exploration time - but we will not stay at El Rancho Boulder Motel.

No coffee pot in room, no dresser for clothes, refrigerator...
No coffee pot in room, no dresser for clothes, refrigerator froze solid my bottle of water. $50 deposit for each night I stayed - several days to get back. Only general store for food. I would not stay here again.

A lovely little town with charm.
A lovely little town with charm. It was clean, super easy to navigate and so very safe. It was a perfect location for things we wanted to do: see Hoover Dam, check out Lake Mead and do some hiking. This is a perfect city for a weekend get away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Interesting small town.
Interesting small town. Plenty of amenties and different dining choices for such a small town. Would like to go again with my wife and spend a weekend! Had an easy time getting a place to eat and was well taken care of by all of the restaruants I visited. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the hospitality all around! Oh yes, if you stay in town there is really no need to drive around. Easily walkable and nice wide sidewalks to get around.

The shopping was very fun.
The shopping was very fun. Dining was amazing, especially Milo's and BrewPub - loved the atmosphere and the food and drinks! Driving to Lake Mead and exploring off-road was so much fun! The amount of beautiful scenery is not lacking.
What a place to stay when in Boulder City, we loved it. Parking, great rooms, the best shower on our trip, a fully blown free Dam museum, downstairs bar, ice machines, complimentary tea and coffee. Close to a brewhouse opposite and a coffee and pastry shop next door. There is absolutely nothing not to like about this part of Boulder City, or the hotel we staye at. Only negative maybe was we needed 2 rooms for 3 of us, but the pricing was good so we did not worry about being split up for one night.
Barbara and Diane that work at the front desk where the nicest there vibes were 🫶🏻
I Was there with my two sons and baby girl and they both treated us so kind and gave the boys these little candy/water bags.
The pool and spa is so clean and beautiful we were the only ones there felt like our own oasis!
7mins from the historic Boulder City.
We are natives to Las Vegas will def be coming back!!
Based on the photos from booking.com I wasn't expecting such a large casino hotel. Nevertheless, we had a good stay. The service and food in the restaurant were quite good. From the hotel it is an easy to walk to an abandoned rail line with some tunnels along Lake Mead. Parking was plentiful and it was easy to park close to the hotel entrance.
Location of hotel is ideal for the centre of Boulder City - just a short walk away.
Nice breakfast just across the road at the Southwest diner, hotel issues a voucher which allows basic breakfast but you can choose anything from menu and pay extra.
Modern fairly spacious room with coffee machine and fridge which was useful.
Great museum and fun speakeasy with live music are in this interesting historic hotel. Parking is easy and the hotel is perfectly located for walking to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the historic district. Boulder City is a nice town with sculptures, green spaces and friendly locals.
Loved the town of Boulder City! The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was at a restaurant across the street. Super cute and great service. The hotel has a bar. Also, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. For us, it was a nice place to stay outside of Vegas.
Rooms are fully renovated, shower is great, (not over a bath) bed is comfortable. We wanted to get an earlier start to visit the Grand Canyon. This was a great jump-off point. Boulder City is lovely! We walked all around the historical quarter.
Great hotel! A large room. Clean bathroom. A convenient and amazing trail leads directly from the hotel to the Hoover dam. The hotel has a restaurant with very cheap prices and tasty and high-quality food. We want to visit this hotel again.
Lovely historic hotel in a great location. Comfy beds, decent sized room, plenty of parking and easy walking distance to a huge variety of places to eat. Great place to set off to visit Hoover Dam and get ahead of the crowds.
The coffee was good (they could use some flavored packets coffee creamers but beggers can't be choosy) . The Staff were great. I felt welcomed for the entire stay in Boulder City.
