The kitchenette in the room was a nice feature, though we didn't utilize it, and the bed was pretty comfy. Convenient location- close to the freeway and interstate.

The location was right beside the Mall of America. It's very new, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast. I liked how there were lots of stations: cereal, bread and muffin, beverages, fruit and yogurt, hot items, etc.

The property had free breakfast with many options. They also host a free happy hour every night from 5:30-7 which was nice and unique. They also offer a delicious restaurant on site which had great food. The bar is also open late which was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was lame, no protein, no bananas, no English muffins. They had 1 waffle machine, with 3 people waiting to use it, so I didn't get one. Nobody bothered to shovel the snow from the front entrance or sidewalks, 1foot plus of unplowed snow in the parking lot made it difficult for unloading and loading the car the next morning.
The front desk girl who checked us in was very friendly and nice. She had pink hair in case the hotel would like to give her a raise :). The room and pool area were very clean. The be was comfortable. We got a deal on this room and for the price we paid it was very nice. However, if I had paid over $150 a night, I would probably be a little more annoyed by some of the other things we noticed. The hot tub was also very large which isn’t normal any more. We really enjoyed that.
The furniture was battered and room had stains. There was no ice machine except the one in the refrigerator that was not working. I checked in an hour early because I had a 4:00 meeting and was told I had to pay $25.00 for an early check in. I just got the charge on my credit card and instead of the $124.90 that was noted on my reservation, the credit card showed a $229.00 charge. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.
Well. Must say when this was American it was great the staff was friendly everyone helpful and breakfast was served till 11:am this hotel has the rudest misogynistic staff ever and at 10 am they call to remind you to check at 11:am or you will be charged for
Another day even though I was told I could have a late checkout I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
Breakfast was a moderately good breakfast. There were fresh apples, cereal, oatmeal, juice, hot water, coffee, and two waffle machines. It was what I would expect. There is only one entrance into the hotel and one out, which made me feel safer traveling alone at this hotel. Staff were very friendly!
The manager went above and beyond for us when we had an issue with our room. The manager and staff understood that we had a child with autism that would jump and yell alot. Everything you need is right in the area of the hotel. Perfect 10+
I had a brief layover in Minneapolis while traveling , the Hotel was close to airport and reasonably priced.
the property was quiet , clean and provided what I was looking for
