The convenience of being able to have breakfast was like though the food itself was just OK. Also, we were in the area for a particular purpose and this hotel was just a few minutes away from where we were going.

There was no breakfast for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Location for what we wanted to do was great. The price was reasonable also.

We do not drive so it was great that the hotel has a regular airport shuttle service. We also loved the location for restaurants, coffee places and supermarkets: Dolittle's, Southern Social easy to get to. Target, Starbucks, Trader Joe, Burger King are all nearby. We had the breakfast included and although the GF options are challenging, (i.e. no GF options for breads, pastries, or cereals), it was possible to enjoy the other options and work around the buffet. Some have commented the limited choice, but we didn't mind as you could order your eggs, and switch out some items for something else. All the staff: housekeeping, reception, shuttle drivers, restaurant and cook were very, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the nice cosy lounge area with the open fire to chill out and relax, but a coffee and tea machine would have been nice so that we could have enjoyed a cuppa whilst relaxing.

Great location near Mall of America, IKEA, and light rail. Good breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed two nights for the Women's Big Ten Tournament and rode the train to the Target Center. Our room was quiet and spacious.

It's the kind of a place, that you want to spend more time in rather than just spending a night. Everything is well equipped, new and clean. Even though there were a lot of families with kids staying, when in the room, you don't hear any of that. The room was spacious with a modern kitchen (all that you might need for preparing simple meals in the room, no stove, but had a microwave and a huge fridge with freezer). Even though it is one big space, it feels cozy. There's a sofa with a table to chill in front of a TV. Or you can turn the TV to face the bed and just chill there. A big plus is all the many lights in the room, not only on the bedside tables, but on the desks too and the floor lamps. A lot of options to find the best light options for everyone. Breakfast was very good, there's the pancakes and waffles as well as eggs and omelettes, bagels, cereal, yoghurts. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even when you are checked out, they still treat you like a guest and let you stay in the common area, have some coffee and just chill until you have to go to the airport.
Has their own shuttle bus that takes guests to Mall of America and back for free.
It feels very safe to be there and overall it feels more like an apartment than just a hotel room.
The best bonus for plane lovers will be the close proximity to the plane landing route, they literally fly right behind your window and you can plane-watch from your bed. I loved that. (the sound is not crazy, so those who don't love this, will not be bothered).
I would not stay at this hotel again . Rooms is dated and pillows are small more for kids. Utility room could be closed. Soda machines could be filled. The only nice thing is the bfast dinning room where it has be updated.

We were there for a weekend family reunion in Lakeville which is just down the road a bit. We looked up local microbreweries and found one very close to where we stayed. Ineffable was great! The beer was good and the food was really good too!
We drove to nearby Prior Lake and checked out their farmer's market and then headed to Antler Park in Lakeville.

The owner and office staff are very rude and arrogant. Have no compassion or understanding of their customers. Without us they would not have a business. The guest are your business and treating them as less than you is just not ok.

We have stayed at a few different hotels in the area and this time decided on the Hampton in Burnsville. Very glad to have made that choice. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Will stay at this one from now on when we travel to Burnsville and will look for one to stay in when we travel elsewhere.
Housekeeping failed to clean our room #322 after the first night's stay. After we returned from site seeing on day 2, the room was filthy and no linens had been changed or supplied. We complained to the front desk. It was after 7PM and nothing could be done to clean our room. This was a terrible way to represent your hotel. The 2nd night of our stay should be complimentary due to this mistake and lack of attention.
For a lower cost hotel, they had a wonderful pool and hot tub. I was unable to use it during my stay, so I may stay there again when I am back in the area. The hotel was reasonably quiet given the number of guests. Staff was very polite and always seemed happy to help or say hello. The hotel is located near a major highway and still remains quiet to traffic noise.
The service is good the only thing that I did not like was the blankets on the beds was not clean they both was dirty I worked for hotels for years I know a lot of housekeepers do not ever change the blankets on the bed they only changes the sheets the only time the blankets gets changed is if they are really dirty which they should be changed daily regardless
Our room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The hotel seemed to be full but it sounded like we were the only people there. Really good breakfast which was nice because most hotels seem to be serving cheap bag breakfasts or nothing at all.
This hotel was extremely clean. The price was great and the room was huge. The person at the front desk was friendly and polite. Their breakfast is simple but does the job. Excellent value for your money. We will definitely stay there again.
The convenience of being able to have breakfast was like though the food itself was just OK. Also, we were in the area for a particular purpose and this hotel was just a few minutes away from where we were going.
On a weekend where rates will higher than I expected, I found this gem and saved almost $100 over a 4 night stay. Location was ideal and the quality was comparable to the higher price hotels in that area.
Just finished a three week road trip so we stayed in a lot of hotels. This one was the best value for money. It was beautifully appointed, clean and had the best breakfast room of them all. We’ll be back!
For the most part we actually feel like a guest. Something rare in hotels within this budget. This hotel is like a favorite warm hoody. A little tattered in places but very comfortable. Great beds.
Nothing about the hotel was nice. The staff was rude and couldn’t figure out how to help us.e and my fiancée waited for hours to try and figure out stuff the manager messed up.
