The breakfast was not bad but would have liked it to go till 10 am instead of 9 am and more fruit options would have been nice. The front desk greeters where nice and professional.

The market from which to get a selection of items for room and the service to leave a list for staff to acquire specific items. The pool and balcony grill options. Good location in downtown Grand Rapids. Good car parking facilities. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower.
