Value for money was great. The location after a long flight is very doable.
It's not the newest hotel, but it was very clean for what I could tell. The room we had was very spacious. The beds were okay but made some noise.

The location couldn’t be better. It was a short walk to terminals 1, 2 and 3. The friendly receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about the airport facilities as well as providing full information about all of the excellent hotel amenities including the outstanding gym.

I'm with a service animal, because of a disability, and I paid $99 a night, and $75 for the dog. Really?

As 2 foreign women arriving in Chicago after midnight, I specifically booked this hotel for the airport pick-up. I enclosed my flight details on the booking as directed. No one met us at the airport, and the lady at reception was very rude and told us to find a taxi, even though we had no numbers or internet. I asked to speak to the manager, she was not available but I was assured that she would ring or email me - she did not. I emailed her on 9th November, but I still have not received a response. The following morning, the man on reception told me that he could see my arrival details and pick-up request on their computer system! I am unhappy that 1. I was stranded in a foreign country after midnight. 2. The hotel receptionist was rude and would not help us. 3. I had to pay for a taxi despite sending my arrival details. 4. There was no contact from the hotel management. 5. There has been not response to my complaint

This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way to a business meeting. It is a typical, older property, so expect that, but had nice fresh paint, clean and attractive bedding, plenty of towels/wash cloths. Friendly front desk staff. Easy access to Hwy and main roads. We recommend it.
The room was very well-presented and included a fridge and microwave oven. The carpark is big and there is enough space to park away from other cars if that's important to you. There is a Denny's across the road and McDonald's a little further.away. The best local attraction is Schiller Woods, a very long woodland area with deer about 10 minutes away by car, or there are quiet suburbs close by if you want to go for a walk.
The room was great and clean, but there was no blow dryer and that was something that was on the amenities for this hotel. The breakfast was not great, the hotel employee had the worst attitude, did not greet any customers and for the amount of guest that you have in a hotel you should always try to restock on fruits, milk, yogurt etc. Put some love and make guest feel welcome especially in the morning.
Staff is wonderful really helped me out when I forgot my luggage and they were a pleasure to work with. Place is just what you need if you need to stay somewhere that is a short drive to O’Hara airport - about 12-13 minute drive. There’s a microwave in the room. Two gas stations nearby as well as a Denny’s and subway.
The hotel is in a great location for accessing Ohare and was ideal for an early morning flight. The staff were helpful at check in and we were lucky enough to be allocated to a recently renovated room which was nice. The room facilities were well maintained and the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.
This was our second time staying at the property. Great location and in general rooms are good value too. Staff was very friendly and I was impressed with their COVID safety precautions in the check-in area. They also accommodated my request for the first floor room.
Location was good for us as it wasn’t too far from the airport and there was a bus stop beside the hotel which made everything convenient. Staff were very helpful and efficient, we managed to pay for an early checkin which was great!

We booked this hotel to be close to pick up centre for Cruise America RV. We were worried about the road noise but the receptionist gave us a room away from te road and we had a surprisingly comfortable sleep.
