I was very disappointed because i only reserve two rooms and they charge my credit card for three roms I speak with the front desk girl and she tell me that iwas get a refund and a few days after the manager tell me that he don’t have a way to confirme tha situation and i had to pay for extra room I didn’t use. There was obvious damage to some of the property before I arrived and the owner did not refund my deposit eventhough I informed him of the damage; which did not occur during my stay. This is a book at your own risk property; shady and dishonest business practices.

The area was full of life and activities. Lots of people of all ages having a great time. The community was well lit, clean and secure which made us feel safe. The restaurant options were extensive, open late with a wide variety of things to choose from.

Which I didn't understand if it was a 3 o'clock check-in. So we waited after about an hour we tried to call the front desk “Phone didn't work”. We are snowbirds who drive from Ontario Canada in mid December to Panhandle. We come to Pembroke Pines for three days to catch a cruise. Post cruise we drive back home. Have been staying at Grand Palms since 2014. We love the pool and golf. Hotel must of been a beauty at some time. Terribly run down, nothing has changed in ten years. We will continue to come.
