The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good especially the fresh eggs and pancakes! Ahmad and Ravi at reception were so lovely, kind and helpful. Mohamad at breakfast was also so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly (including the kitchen staff). There was a small menu available for food during the day and the food was very nice. The location was excellent, just across from the Roman Theatre and close to the Citadel. There are coffee shops and cafes very close to the hotel. We asked for a quiet room which was good as the road in front of the hotel can be busy (and therefore noisy). The room was cleaned each day and tea/coffee/water/juice was available free of charge from the reception area all day. The breakfast options were small in number but nice. The shower was a good size and toiletries were provided.
