The apartment was very large, with 2 bedrooms. I didn’t even realize when I made the booking. It has all the facilities, it is nice decorated and it is closed to many attractions: aquapark, zoo, restaurants, playground.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the university, the park, and the spa. The hotel is charming, our room was cosy and comfortable, and very clean. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. An additional bonus is Krudy restaurant, which offers wonderful cuisine for a very good price. Highly recommended!

If I didn't know it is actually a student's dorm, I wouldn't guess... it's a very nice temporary hotel, more confortable than many others with `etiquette` that I have seen in Hungary. Very close to the Aqua Park, University, yet far away from the city center... so depends on what you target when booking in Debrecen.
