1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.Bock - 4.0Scored 4.0
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! We only had an evening in Seeb.
We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish. Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

Al seeb has a new Mall, The Mall of Muscat, with the Oman Aquarium inside. Also has a Souq with many shops for furniture, garments and gold jewerly. I´t is a nice location if you don´t want the rush of Muscat. You can even have a relaxing beach walk or go to any of the cafes around the Wave MarinaHector DanielColombia

The location was bang in the middle of Seeb and very close to most of the attractions that we wanted to visit. Just below the hotel there is a good Hyderabadi Zaiqa restaurant which we did not try but seems to be a good place to try some Indian food. The small Karak tea shop next to the hotel was good too with affordable Regag and Salalah bread with different types of fillings inside thick parathas. The Karak tea was yummy too.

The hotel staff are very helpful, the rooms are very big and well facilitated. The rooms are extremely clean and the furniture is modern.
